Chapter Five- Yelling and more yelling

Charlotte's P.O.V

"Thanks mom." She nodded as I kept my eyes on the motionless , but very well and alive Iris. WeWee in the Packs hospital. Yes we are wolves. Try not to freak out, we're just average people.

Pfft ,who am I kidding, we're awesome! I inhaled deeply and took in the scent of medicine , old people , and sickly children. God, I hate hospitals their smell alone gives me the shivers.

Let alone the white walls and floors makes them look more like something out of a horror movie.

"No problem sweetie it's my job." She said sweetly. She was on her way out , until she stopped at the threshold, she turned her head and smiled widely at Scar.

"Scarlett I heard the good news! Im so happy you found him!" My mom and Scarlett squealed like a bunch of teenage girls. I covered my ears and winced.

"Sensitive hearing guys!" Alex reminded and they immediately stopped. My mom cleared her throat and straightened out her lab coat , trying to regain her look of professionalism.

"We'll definitely finish this later." Scarlett confirmed and this time my mom actually left. Once I heard the door close I started my interrogation.

"Alex what the hell did you do!?" I growled, showing my canines. I couldn't help being in a hospital freaks my wolf out. So that plus my anger towards Alex is making me lose control over her.

"I didn't do anything and don't forget who's your Alpha pup." He growled.

"No you took it too far , she's our friend! She trusts us!" Scarlett yelled stepping beside me. I could smell her anger seeping from her. Yes I did say smell.

"I didn't do anything! She just passed out! Lets see how much she trusts you when she finds out you've been lying to her this whole time about what you are." He kept his calm composure and that made me all the more angry.

"I can't believe you! You know we can't tell her!" It goes against out laws as werewolves. No human is supposed to be told unless they're your mate.

"We heard her scream. You can't say nothing happened." Scarlett's eyes were flashing between black and brown. He sighed and rubbed the back of his neck.

"I-I was about to k-kiss her." He whispered so softly if I breathed I would've missed it. Scarlett and I's jaw dropped. No no no no.

"You what!?" We screamed simultaneously. I could feel my wolf telling me to change and kill him but he's the alpha and I can't. I clenched my fist and tried to control my breathing. Last thing I would want to happen is for me I end up in a hospital for fighting and alpha.

Of course I know I can't take him, but my wolf isn't backing down.

Lika you need to calm down before you get the both of us killed.

Lika is my wolf and we have a. Great relationship. I wouldn't trade her for the world, even though she can be very annoying and persistent. I gasped as I felt my canines retract. Sighing in relief I brought my attention back to the current conversation.

"Leave her alone! She's too fragile for whatever sick game you're playing. You'll only break her heart. I've seen you do it to so many of our friends and I'm sick of it. Not her. Not Iris. Find somebody else to toy with!" I was beyond angry and Scarlett had to grab my wrist to keep my fist from connecting with his face.
