Loki was very thoughtful at Thor's words.  He, like Thor, felt his family was used as a fascinating story that people wanted to mean something to them about how they viewed life.  Loki said, "I don't feel like people care what the family does as rulers - it is about the dream - that we show HOW life can be done, not what we do - in fact, I think they tire of our actions having such an effect on them.  We should be there for them.  We are not for being ruled by trying to rule them...fairly."

Thor would tell Odin. But he didn't say, 'I will tell Odin what you done', because he thought that might creep him out.  That just wasn't something Loki would want to hear - why should what Loki does be about Odin?  They stayed and talked at the movie theater.  It was a Midgard theater as proven by its practical thoughtful design with a lot of thought out into it, unlike Asgard.  Loki saw Thor looking at the build and looked at the structure, having new respect for Asgard architecture.
