"Chloe, please don't leave..." I heard a male voice say as I felt his hand interact with mine.

"I.... love you..."

I slightly opened my eyes as I saw his bloodshot eyes. Him, crying by my side.

"Please... don't say you love me..." I coughed up as I gasped for air. I started sweating.

He looked up at me and his eyes widen.

"Cause... I may not say it in... return." I intertwined my fingers with him.

"Chloe, please don't leave me again..." he pleaded.

I lied back down as I felt his tears on my jacket.

I closed my eyes as he stood up from his current state.

I felt a kiss on top of my forehead and a kiss on my lips. He ruffled my hair as he whispered.

"Don't worry Chloe, I'll Catch Your Breath."

A Love Lost to Time

My sisters said I'm not allowed to leave the house. The doctors said I can't have extreme emotions. My mom said I have to stay calm. My boyfriend said I should stay strong.

But I don't know how to do all of this. I'm weak. I'm no longer strong. Ever since that accident occurred. This has been my life now.

Everything has an expiration date. Everything must come to an end, and I won't just sit around and find out when.

I'll find a way. A way to live my life to the fullest.

I have to hurry, cause I only have limited time.
