Schoolz!

Niall's POV

As we walked out the doors Liam was smiling at the ground ( lol) a lot.

I worked up the nerve to nudge him and say "I think LiLi has a crush!!"

Liam slapped me and growled. "Shuddup Niall!"

I laughed "its trueeeee!!"! I sang

Liam glared at me. I ignored him.

A little while later we went to pick Stephanie up from school.

Ms Thompson smiled when we walked in "The kids are out on the playground.... Stephanie is on the swings." She said.

"Thanks." I said waking out to the playground.

The second that Stephanie saw me she took a flying leap off the swings stumbled a bit then raced towards me.

"Niall!!" She cried throwing herself into my arms.

I wrapped my arms around her. "Hey there princess" I said

"School was AWESOME!! I got to play with toys and sing and paint OH!!! I painted something for you! Hey can I go to Ashley's house on Friday she's my new best friend

"Woah slow down munchkin!" I exclaimed "why don't you show me what you painted

Stephanie grabbed my hand and dragged me into the school

She pointed to a picture that was on her desk "see? It's me you Liam Louis Zayn and Harry!" She said

I smiled "I love it!" I exclaimed

Stephanie smiled proudly "And you gotta meet Ashley!" She said dragging me back outside.

She led me to another little girl She had hazel eyes and light brown hair

"Hi..... I'm Ashley." She whispered shyly

"Hi Ashley I'm Niall." I said

"Stephanie is my new best friend... and my only friend.." Ashley whispered

I smiled kindly at her "well then you're a lucky kid to have Stephanie as a friend." I announced

Ashley smiled a tiny bit "yeah..." she whispered

"Well it was great meeting you Stephanie we'll see you tomorrow!" I exclaimed

"Bye Ashley!" Stephanie called

Ashley smiled and waved

"Bye Ms Thompson!!" Stephanie yelled waving at her teacher.

Alexis smiled and waved "bye Stephanie! It was great meeting you today!" Then she pulled me aside and whispered "you have a special little girl.... she's very kind to the other kids- especially Ashely...." her voice trailed off.

"What do you mean?" I asked

"Well Ashley doesn't have parents.. she's in foster care her parents were killed last month in a car crash she has a bit of an emotional issue that lowered her self esteem. She wouldn't talk to anyone But Stephanie has some special connection with her."

"Well Stephanie doesn't have actual parents anymore either...I can see how they relate" I said thoughtfully

"C'mon Niall!" Stephanie called.

"Well looks like the princess wants to leave see ya." I exclaimed

" I love school!" Stephanie exclaimed as she got into her car seat.

"I'm glad you do" I replied making sure that she had buckled correctly

"I Wanna be a singer slash veterinarian when I grow up!" Stephanie announced

"Wow....that's an awful lot!" I exclaimed as I started driving home

"Yeah I wanna sing and when I'm not singing I can work wit animal." She explained

"Well I think you can do it if you try and do what you love doing!"

Wow Stephanie had really matured and grown up in the past month. She was already saying her "r"s correctly and she wasn't having as much trouble with speech as she wasn't having as much trouble with speech as she was when I first found her

By time I had parked in driveway I helped Stephanie out of her seat and led her into the house.

She turned to me making a concerned face

"What's wrong?" I asked

"Ashley has bruises on her face. And she won't say where they come from." Stephanie announced.

CLIFFHANGER!!! HAHAHAHAHA
