Fragile Heart (Ouma x Saihara fanfiction)

1.Beginning

-12th September xx-

Ouma's POV:

I woke up in my bed at around 8, I never really use morning alarms to wake me up. To me, it really bothers me. Fortunately, I can wake up by myself in this empty small house.

Today is Sunday, which means there's no college. I decided to go to the park for fresh air since I'll be dead of boredom.

When I arrived I saw there's so many girls and boys sitting next to eachother. I looked at them with disgust expression because, I never experienced such romance like that. There's also children who came to play, I guess.. I found a perfect seat on a bench next to a big tree near a lake.

It's not like I expect myself come here to see the love of my life or anything,.. I just..been lonely for some reasons, nothing personal though.

Since highschool, my parents...divorced. And I can't choose who should I live with. It's too painful, I just...can't. So, I decided to live alone by my own even if it ripped my own heart piece by piece.

Luckly, my bestfriend, Kirumi, helped me through. But, sadly she's moving to England for college. So, I never see her again eversince.

"O..Ouma-kun?" Suddenly I heard a voice calling out my name. I think it's a girl- no, It's a boy.

I turn around and look around to see where did that voice come from.

"Hey, Ouma-kun.!" I'm still looking for that voice. Suddenly i feel like someone is touching my shoulder. I turn around to see who is it-

"Do you remember me? It's Saihara! Your old friend!"

"S..Sa..ihara-chan?" I said. Saihara smiled at me. "Ahaha I almost thought I call the wrong person." He said.

"Saihara-kun.. who is this boy?" Then a girl with a blonde hair and an ahoge came outta nowhere holds Saihara-chan's hand.

"Ah, Akamatsu-san. He is my childhood friend, Ouma Kokichi-kun. Ouma-kun, this is Kaede Akamatsu-san, she's my....girlfriend." Saihara-chan said that with a blush on his face.

I stand up and shake her hand. "Oh! Nice to meet you, Akamatsu-chan!" I said with a smile.
"Y-you too, Ouma-kun." She smiled back at me.

Saihara-chan stared at both of us, jealously. I noticed that and pulled away Kaede's hand.
"S-so Saihara-chan, how are you? We haven't seen eachother from 12 years ago, don'tcha think? Nishishi~" I decided to start a topic.

"Doing good. Pretty much. And Ouma-kun, I see your immaturity doesn't change at all."

"EHH??? That is an insult! Very mean of you, Saihara-chan!" I said a little bit offended.

"You two must had been very close. It must've been nice to reunite again." Kaede said it with a smile.

"We were, indeed. Unfortunately, Ouma-kun's family moved out of town, so we can't see each other again." Saihara-chan explains.

Then, Saihara-chan talks about our past to Kaede. That makes me slightly uncomfortable. I decide to keep quiet to make sure I won't ruin the situation.

"Right! Ouma-kun, how are your parents?"
I'm shocked to hear that from Saihara-chan. Especially, he doesn't know that I left both of my parents after their divorcement. "I..they...," I'm crawled up to my words I don't know how to start it.

I feel broken.

"I-I'm really sorry, I need to go. It's been a wonderful time together. Saihara-chan, Akamatsu-chan, thank you very much." Then, I rushed from the park to my house. Wanting to forget everything. It's not even a hour since we met again, I still don't know much of you. I'm such an idiot.

That was a reunion that I always dreamed of, but I didn't expect him to talk about my parents!
