"A dare?!" you scream at Ryland. You're at his house and Rydel texted you a link to a video. You clicked on it, watching one of Ryland's first interviews. "Talk about your girlfriend," the interviewer said. "Y/N? She's not my girlfriend. Or friend. My brothers dared me to go talk her when we were playing truth or dare on the beach." he said to the interviewer. Ryland is now avoiding eye contact by looking at the ground. "Let me explain." "What is there to explain?!" you yell. "Let me speak!" You roll your eyes and let him speak. Ryland sighs heavily. His eyes meet up with yours. "Ok. I admit. I was dared to go talk to you when we first met. But meeting you changed everything! I grew to like you, like like you like you after all that time we spent with each other from the day we met! That interview was from a while ago! If I didn't like you, I wouldn't be doing this right now." He leans in and kisses you passionately. You pull back, breathless and speechless. "Do you believe me?" Ryland asks sweetly. You nod. "Yes. And I like you back."
