I want to die with the sun.
Gracefully in the midst of chaos.
Slipping into the silence.
I want to close my eyes and simply fade away.
Imagine the sight,
the beautiful reds and burnt oranges and sunflower yellows.
Imagine the resignation,
abandoning the constraints on your emotions,
and allowing you to truly live in that moment.
I want to die with the sun,
to understand what I'll feel in my final moments.
