Flynn James Blackwell was widely known at Midtown High as a future writer. He was always carrying around his baby blue lightweight typewriter with these big dreams that he was determined to reach. All the while being a straight A student at the very top of his class. Not to mention his kind — yet awkward— nature. He was also a heavily closeted Bisexual. With that humongous secret kept under wraps, he seemed to be basically a perfect kid. One of the few people who really disagreed with that was Peter Parker.
Only the seemingly flawlwss boy had a not-so-perfect life outside his academic pursuits. Which only gets worse after a tragedy strikes and everything starts to change. He is suddenly saved by an amazing person in a super cool spider suit and thrown into a bizarre world with heroes, villains, good, evil, and the blurred line in between.
Heartache after heartache. Sudden confusing feelings for a boy that he is meant to hate. Introductions to new people, new jobs, and new threats. All of this stuff was happening, but Flynn really just wanted his bland, normal life back... or as close as he could get to what once was.
Nothing could go back to how it once was when Flynn acquires powers — or a curse — himself.
Only, he's still a writer. After all, it was his job to create wild and elaborate stories. Who knew that eventually he'd be living his very own and he couldn't back out now.
