Chapter 027: 3 Years Later

(Shawn POV)

I sigh as I run a hand through my hair, I was sitting in a pub with a single glass of sake in my hand. The pub was in a mess since a group of bounty hunters tried to claim my bounty, didn't work out for them obviously but I did get a headache. I look up & saw that Volpina had threw the leader at me cause he was trying to crawl away, I shook my head

"So," I gulp down the rest of sake & look down at the leader "What makes you think you can trash this place, try to take my head & leave? Not a good plan in my defence." I slam my foot down & it stopped right next to his head, he flinched

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I don't know what I was thinking! I'm so so so so sorry!!" I roll my eyes & set the glass down

"That's what they all say." I pull my pistol out & put it to his head "Don't waste my time."

"Wait no!"

"Betsu no--" I cut myself off when I saw wanted posters in his bag "Don't go anywhere." I say as I go over to it

"I-I won't!!" I roll my eyes, I open it & the first one I saw was me. I chuckle when I see the amount, 620.000.000 beli. I flip through a couple more & shook my head again, does this guy really think he can take on these big shots?

"Kaido? Big Mom? Doflamingo? Heh, you wish you could." I whistle when I saw the Pirate Empress "Mm~ she definitely won my heart."

"I thought Koala-sama did." I happily sigh

"Oh she did~!" I notice her rolling her eyes

"Whatever you say, Boss-sama." I chuckle & notice that the guy was gonna crawl away but I stomp on his back, causing him to halt. I roll my eyes & just as I flip to the next poster, my eyes widened a bit as I smile a little

"Would you look at that." I mutter "Kiddo got himself a decent bounty, 30.000.000 beli! He can do much better though!"

"Huh?"

"Come here!" she does & raises an eyebrow "Dead or Alive, Straw Hat Luffy! Luffy-sama seems to have grown since the last time we've seen him." I look at it & shook my head

"No he hasn't, he's just grown taller! & he's still got that goofy smile, am I right or am I right?!" she giggles

"Your right as always!" I nod

"Mugiwara! I heard he was heading for Alabasta, & s-so was the Commander from the Whitebeard Pirates!" I look at the bounty hunter & crouch down

"Oh really?" he nods

"I was going to head there after I--" I didn't let him finish when I pointed my pistol to his head, he started sweating rapidly

"Which way," I load the bullet in the barrel & smirk "is Alabasta?"

(Third Person POV)

On the hot island, the now infamous pirate crew with a princess & what seemed like a dodo bird, roamed around & tried to have a low profile. As for their captain, Straw Hat Luffy was running around like crazy, yelling he was hungry

"FOOD!!"

"Huh?" a certain blonde looked up from what he was doing before laughing afterwards, Shaw 24 years old but if you look at his height he now looked like he was in his late 30's to his early mid 40's! He's even more muscular then before & the stab wound Teach gave him left quite the scar

On the 3rd year when Luffy finally set sail onto the vast sea, Teach appeared & was now known as Blackbeard. Shaw really disliked that name is pisses him off just hearing it, currently he was in Alabasta & was walking around like a normal person when he accidentally stumbled upon--

"Smoker! Long time no see old pal!" he cheered, the albino rolled his eyes "How's life doing ya so far?"

"Fantastic until you showed up, Dead Shot Shawn!" he chuckled & slowly pulls out his gun

"Listen pal, I promised my companion I wouldn't get into trouble until she gets back & I'm a man of my word, so if you wouldn't mind--" he was cut off when Smoker went for a punch

"White Blow!" he moved his head to the side & grabbed his wrist, he took off his left glove & touched Smoker's arm before lifting his arm up & Volpina flew by & grabbed him

"Hopefully we'll be chatting again! But in a more civilized manor!"

"Get back here!" but Volpina already flew away, Shaw laughed as he shook his head & Volpina threw him onto his back

"I said DON'T cause any trouble Boss-sama! What word didn't you understand?!"

"I didn't! All I did was dodge, that's all. I was going to pull my gun until you showed up! No biggy."

"Yeah yeah no biggy..."

(Time Skip)

"Fire Fist" Ace had just encountered Smoker in a dining place & just when they were going to spar, "Straw Hat" Luffy slammed into Smoker & sent the duo flying! Time skip & let's say Ace had distracted Smoker long enough for the crew to run off... unfortunately Luffy got lost, as per usual

Ace had helped Luffy out to find his crew but the two stumbled upon the baroque works, the millions, & they tried to kill them! Didn't work out cause they were weaklings & got their asses handed to them, also the duo just walked away

"Oi Luffy, which one is your ship?" Ace asked, from afar Shaw looked at the two & smiled softly at them

"That one over there! Its the Going Merry!" he cheered "Gomu Gomu no...:"

"Luffy, you go on ahead, I'll..."

"Rocket!" & he was gone

"Oh never mind your gone anyways." Shaw laughed when he saw Ace sigh in frustration, he then stopped & got an idea

"I wonder if he can recognize me after these years rolled by." he muttered as he changed into Ace & made his way over to Luffy's ship

"No matter how much we fought, even back before he ate the Mera Mera no Mi, I could never beat!"

"You wanna know why kiddo?!" Ace jumped onto the railing behind where Luffy was & sat in a crouched position "Cause you either missed or punched your own face, so don't go blaming me."

"Ac--" he stopped himself, Ace never called him kiddo, but he knows one person who did "Shaw!!" the crew raise an eyebrow while he chuckled

"I thought you said his name was--" they shut up when they noticed the real Ace jump next to Shaw

"Hey Luffy, uh..." he looked over to his side & saw that the other Ace was smiling brightly at him

"Heya Ace. How are yah?"
