SARAH

Sarah woke from the nightmare it couldn't possibly be real. She got out of her bed and walked to her daughters room opening the door what she saw was her worst nightmare. No sign of Britannia. Her eyes roamed the room and landed on the small red leather-bound book that was now covered in the shimmer of grey and blue glitter dust. She crashed to her knees in tears cursing herself for not burning the damn thing. All magic has a price, she knew that better than anyone.

She picked up the book and walked to the vanity mirror she slammed the book down and whispered "Hoggle I need you". It didn't take long for her reflection in the mirror to fade and be replaced with the wrinkled face of her very dear friend Hoggle.

"Sarah something has happened. The labyrinth is alive for the first time since you defeated his majesty!"  Hoggle was frantic in his words voicing everything Sarah already knew. She sat there in her beloved daughters room and could not believe that this was happening. I must save her she thought at all costs my daughter will return to the human realm.

"Hoggle he has Britannia. We must save her."

JARETH

He sat on his throne he was delighted that Sarah had lost her child that she had been stupid enough to keep any memory of him or his kingdom in her possession. He had watched her and Higgle try and come up with a plan to get her to the underground. He laughed at the thought, it wasn't going to happen. The young woman had wished herself away and therefore had no one to run the labyrinth for her. However during her child hood he watched Sarah age and Britannia grow into a very beautiful young woman. He waited and waited until finally she had summoned, him during the long days before this event he could only think about her and how much she resembled her mother at that age. He was smitten. Being fae you never age and sarah was no longer the apple too his eye. Twirling a crystal in his hand he looked to Britannia and watched her for a long hour or so before deciding that she would be his bride. In that moment he was happy, in that moment he had never felt so powerful, so alive. And in time he thought she would learn to love him.

BRITANNIA

I looked around the dim room for anything that would tell me where I was. Nothing was here no door, no windows just nothing. I felt tears coming to my eyes. STOP IT! I thought you are not a baby and you will not cry for your mother, but in that moment I realized just how much I missed her. I curled up into the corner of the room trying to think of a way out. Then I thought make a wish!

"I wish the Goblin King was here right now"
Almost as soon as I finished my sentence there was a pop and this time I appreciate that there was no glitter. The man did not look happy to have been brought here, he crossed his arms and frowned.

"Britannia all magic comes at a cost you should not wish around Willy nilly." He scolded me and I looked down ashamed, I knew nothing of this place or its rules. "Now this will be your new home of course you will have a civil place to stay this room is merely a stopping point. You will be taking educational studies from a few of my goblins and learning about your new home, but first let's get you settled into your new room." He manifested a clear crystal ball and tossed it at the wall, in its place was a massive oak door. Jareth motioned for me to enter the room on the other side and I was absolutely awestruck with the beauty that was before me.
