DEAF!MUTE!HANJI X LEVI

A short man named Levi is currently walking down the field. Looking, watching, surveying the soldiers as they practice their hand to hand combat skills. Everything seemed normal until he heard some noises coming from the large trees on his right side. He listened very closely as he follows the path where the sound leads him to.

He heard some snickering, yelping and muffled cries. He fasten his pace towards it to see what was clearly happening. He looked behind the large tree; where the sound was coming from; and he saw squad leader Hanji and two recruits with small knives in their hands. Hanji was leaning on the tree while she sat. Her shoulders are shaking and her hands are covering her lips. Probably avoiding her sobs to get out from her shaking mouth underneath her hands. Her uniform is dirty and slightly damaged. Her hair was loosely tied as if it was yanked and her face is full of bruises and cuts.

Levi looked at the two male soldiers with his famous devilish glare. The two young male shivered from their corporal's sharp glare then they started to run. As soon as the recruits left, Levi hurriedly went to the brunette and knelt down in front of her. Levi touched Hanji's chin. He slowly lifted it up and made her face him. Worry and concern suddenly washed upon Levi's eyes when he saw Hanji's injured face

"Hanji, what did they do to you?" Levi said while doing a hand language for the brunette to understand. He learned sign language for Hanji. Making only him, Hanji and commander Erwin to be capable of that. He studied sign language because she's that important to him and he also wanted to make their bond even stronger. He wanted them both to understand each other because he loved Hanji ever since. He doesn't tell her because he knows that Hanji doesn't feel the same way towards him

"I'm okay Levi, thank you" Hanji did a sign language with a small bow when she thanked him

"No, Hanji. Look at you, you have lots of cuts. You're badly injured. At least let me do something for you" Rivaille said while motioning his hands

Hanji shook her head
"No, It's okay. If there's something you could do for me, then Its you taking me to the clinic" Hanji said in a form of sign language with a small smile

Levi wrapped his right arm under Hanji's knees and the left one is wrapped around her back. He carefully lifted her up. Once she was lifted up, he started walking towards the clinic.

Levi felt eyes burning on his back. And he knows that Hanji was aware of it too.

"Its okay Levi, you can let go of me now. I think I can still walk" Hanji said in a sign language

Levi shook his head no. He continued walking while looking up ahead. Avoiding the peering eyes around them.

When they arrived at the clinic. Levi carefully placed Hanji in one of the beds. He looked at her lovingly as he gently pushed Hanji's bangs out of her injured yet beautiful face. Hanji's face was in a pink blossom because of what the short man did.

Levi couldn't help but to smile. He doesn't care if he looks ridiculous when he smile. As long as it's Hanji that sees it. His smile was meant for her anyways.

Levi's eyes lowered from Hanji's amber eyes down to her bruised lips. The smile that's etched on his lips tugged down when he saw the bruise on Hanji's lips as he remembered the two male recruits. His blood started to boil. He wanted to badly rip their heads off.

"Hanji, I want to beat them up for you" Levi said in all honesty while doing it in a sign language

"What? No Levi. Please don't hurt them" Hanji said through her hands while shaking her head
