Chapter 7

Jungkook's POV:

Three episodes into 'Strong Woman Doo Bong Soon, Kashish was softly asleep on my lap.

She used to be so shy and sensitive about skinship, but eversince I came... It was as if she craved it just as much as I did.

I played with her hair as she slept, moving it all to one side, behind her ear and combing it.

She said that she spoke to her mom about staying out of the house for a week, so I had her all to myself which made me feel at ease.

She shuffled in her sleep until her face was on facing my stomach.

I can't remember the last time I saw her sleep. She looked so peaceful, sniffling every now and then... Murmuring unaudible words.

She slept as if she hasn't slept in ages.

Seeing her scars hit me hard... It felt as if I got punched right in the stomach and I can't help yelping in pain...

I kept trying to get her to tell me what was happening when I left but all she said was,

'Talking about it will ruin our day, why would you want to do that?'

And

'Don't let them ruin our day' and other excuses

But I can't blame her... Things were obviously hard on her.

My phone rang as I looked down at it, checking who's calling

Hoseok Hyung

I plugged my earphones in and answered the call.

"Jungkook! How're you doing?? The guys told me the plane arrived" he said

"Ahh hyung, I arrived a few hours ago" I whispered into the phone

"Why're you whispering? Is something wrong?" Hyung worriedly asked

"No, no, it's not like that. Kashish fell asleep and it's been a while since she has slept this comfortably, I don't want to wake her up." I explained

"Ohh! Then you're with her! That's all I needed to know! We'll talk later! Go enjoy your time Kookie, bye!" he spoke

"Okay! Thank you hyung! I'll keep you updated on what happens so don't worry!" I said in hushed tone

"Aresso, goodbye" he ended the call and was about to put my phone aside when I opened the camera on my phone and snapped a picture of the sleeping beauty on my lap.

I'll keep w file of pictures of her sleeping, to see if the way she sleeps changes by time.

I then slipped my hands underneath her, carrying her to the bed, covering her and then joined her.

"Hmm?" he hummed slowly waking up

"Shhh go to sleep" I hushed carrasing her cheek

She leaned in to my hand, making me smile.

She always looked so damn adorable when she slept. I slowly found myself dose off as I listened to her even breathing
