**on the plane ride home**
Me: Jake, that was the best date ever!!
Jake: well I'm just happy you liked it
Me: Jake I have a question

Me: ok we'll say it at the same time
Jake: ok 1, 2, 3
Both of us: will you go out with me??
Both of us: Yes
Me: so does this mean we're dating?
Jake: yeah
Me: ok I need to call Lily, like now
Jake: ok we'll be landing in LA in about 2 hours
Me: ok
**over the phone**
Me: omg u won't believe what just happened!!
Lily: oh is it that you lied to me and went to Ohio then Jake took you on this beautiful date. And he just asked you to go out with
Me: yeah actually that's exactly what happened. How did you know that??
Lily: first of all I'm your best friend and second of all Jake texted Kade about everything that happened
Me: ohhh that makes since
Lily: ok when are you guys going to get home??
Me: in about 2 hours
Lily: ok text me when you land bye
Me: ok bye

Kade's POV
I really love Lily. She's the best thing that's ever happened to me. And I really need to show her how much she means to me

Wear is Kade at? I haven't seen him in a while
**kade walks in, gets on his knees and pulls out a small box, with a ring in it**
Me: um Kade what's that?? (I said shaking)
Kade: it's a promise ring
Me: aww it's so pretty but what's a promise ring?
Kade: well as long as you have the ring on we have a promise, and it's that we'll always love each other
Me: aww Kade I love it and it fits perfectly
Kade: good it looks amazing on you
Me: this just gave me the best idea for a prank!! Ok so this looks like a wedding ring and no one knows it's a promise ring. Do you get what I'm saying?
Kade: Yes I can't wait to see their reaction
Me: ok well Jake and Scotti should be back anytime
Kade: ok
**Jake and Scotti get home**
I got myself to cry that way it looked real
Scotti: omg Kade what did you do to her!!!
Kade: check her left hand
**she looks at my hand**
Scotti: WAIT IS THAT A REAL RING!!!!???
Me: yeah he just proposed a minute ago
Jake: wow bro I knew you loved her but I didn't know you would propose
Scotti: so when you guys getting married??

Me: it's a promise ring, besides we're to young to get married anyway
Scotti: thank goodness!! I thought I would have to lie about this forever, not to be rude but you're to young to get married
Kade: actually no we're not, we're 23. Most people would've already need married by now, it's the fact that we've only been dating for a month
Scotti: yeah I know
Jake: well it's late I think we should all go to bed

I have the best idea ever!! If me and Lily can last a whole year then I think on our one year anniversary I'm going to propose
