Dan watched as Phil walked around the city. Once again, he was stuck in his own head as Phil controlled his body. It was an odd feeling and the second time wasn't any easier. However, Dan loved the way Phil would smile when he took control and the way he would happily walk around. Dan knew that if Phil was happy, then he would be happy too.

Phil always remained jovial while he controlled Dan's body, he enjoyed the new sights and when Dan would try to re-take control, Phil would beg him for some extra time. Dan would always agree, unable to resist witnessing a happy Phil.

"If you gave me my own body, Dan, I would not have to use yours all the time," Phil spoke, "if I had my own body we could be much more intimate."

You think we could be more intimate then sharing a body? That seems unlikely, Dan said from within his head.

"You are right about that but with my own body, I could touch you and we could be together." Phil replied.

"That's not a good idea, how would I know you wouldn't leave me afterwords?" Dan asked.

"I would never. Let's get back to the flat." Phil said.

When they got back to the flat, the computer screen that Phil previously was on still emitted the same "virus detected" message.

Dan didn't notice it at first, but when he regained control and Phil wet back into his computer, he noticed the chilling message.

"What the hell? This wasn't on here before..." Dan said when he noticed the pop-up window on the screen.

"That computer must be faulty." Phil replied with a shrug when he was put back into his computer.

"It wasn't here before," Dan repeated, "it had to have appeared after you inhabited it. After you went back into your computer and then took control, you had to have given that computer a virus." Dan looked at Phil in realization. "Phil, ar-are you a v-virus?"

"Definetly not," Phil said quickly, "I think you did not add an antivirus software onto that computer and some other virus that is not myself infected it."

Dan shook his head, "That cannot be true. You're lying to me, Phil. You have to be."

"Fine," Phil growled, his tone now taking on a dangerous edge as his red eyes shined with annoyance, "you caught me, you figured it out. It only took you forever, you humans sure are stupid. I am a virus, I've infected this computer as well as yours and since you've been letting me take over your body, I've been infecting your brain as well. You know that little 'love' feeling you've felt around me? That was my virus, infecting your thoughts with the ideas of infatuation. Human brains are like computers, except much harder to manipulate. I own you now, Dan, my virus can control most of your thoughts. Most of your actions. I can keep you right where I want you and your hallucinations were only the start as my virus gains more control over you."

Dan's eyes widened. "Y-you're lying, this isn't real, this is all fake. This is another hallucination, a fake reality. You aren't doing this to me, you love me too much. This is a good joke, you're quite the prankster, you really had me scared there. But please, tell me the truth."

"That is the truth. My virus has infected you and after it takes over the rest of your brain, you'll be just like my current vessel: gone and broken. Just like regular blue-eyed Phil that you've seen every now and then, you'll be a broken shell of yourself as I take over. Your humanity will be gone and in its place will be a yearning for vengeance. It's a shame you did not figure out my plans for you sooner. I thought you were smarter than that, but you proved to be as easy to manipulate and decieve like any other human. I've always waited for another chance to inhabit a human vessel, machines and computers get so tiring after awhile. With a human host I can do so much more, I can move, I can feel, and I can kill more than the vessels I inhabit." Phil smiled sinisterly. His red eyes were glowing with insanity as his sharp teeth were exposed for Dan to see. Dan had finally seen the monster that lied within Phil's computer.
