Chapter 6: Pay With A Kiss

"Because it's my job to never let her get hurt ever again." Jonas said.

"Wait, she knows? Your hers? She's yours?" he asked.

"Yes. She's mine." he said stepping infront of me. All i could see was his butt. It's not a pretty sight.

"Not." i interjected.

"Yet, Jen. Your not mine yet." he said turning around with a cute smile. That smile. THE smile. That's when i blacked out. I couldn't see anything. I could still feel, hear, and think or things but not see. I fell back and Jonas caught me. "Jen, please don't do this to me. No please don't leave me. I just got you to understand. NOOOO." he kept saying. I heard Maggie running over.

"What happened?" she saked her son.

"We were talking. And i told her she wasn't mine yet. I turned around and smiled and then she fell. I cought her but she just fell back. What's wrong with her?" he asked impaitently.

"Nothing. Just her body isn't functioning right. She has a fever. And she'll wake up in a few hours." she said. And that's when i fell into darkness.

A few hours later

I woke up with a warm chest on my back. I looked up and there was.... Jonas.

"What the hell are you doing?" i asked him.

"You finally woke up." He said. I flew out of the bed jumping up and down. The jumped back in bed with me and gave me a bear or in my case a wolf hug. (Corny huh?) "I thought i lost you. I thought i was never going to see you smile, or anything. I haven't even told you that i loved you yet." he started to spat out words like a robot. I wanted to shut him up, so i shove my lips to his. And peck him on the lips.

"That's a good way to stop people from rambling." i said. I got out of bed, and took a shower.I wrapped myself in a towel and walked out to see sweats and a guy's shirt on my bed. Jonas was now gone, and i had to room to my self. I changed into the clothes. It smelled like Jonas. It must be his. I walked down stairs, to find Maggie cooking.

"It's good to see you awake, Jen." she said.

"Can i have some food?" i asked. And my stomached growed, as proof.

"Sure. You can have Jonas's plate. He won't mind. " she said. That's when Jonas walked down stairs. I sat down and Maggie handed me his plate. I was about to eat it but looked up to Jonas.

"Do you mind?" i asked.

"No but you have to pay me with a kiss." he said. Since i haven't ate it yet. I slide the plate to him. "Aw then no kissy." he said, frowning like a puppy.

"Jen, you can eat Joe's plate. He wont eat it til later." she said while handed me a plate. And, again, Joe walked down stairs.

"Hey, Joey." i said and ate a pices of my plate.

"Since you ate my plate you'll have to pay me with a kiss." he said copying his brother.  I giggled, swallowiny my food, i planted a kiss on his nose.

"So you kiss him but not me?." he asked. "I mean he only 4. But I'm 16. We're do different." he continied.

"Lets see. Joey's cute, adorable, nice, like sponge bob, and is like so hot. And your..... a butt, and your not like Joey." I say.

"You are just not a role model like your brother." Mike said walking in. "Hey, Jen. Wait, why do you smell like Jonas?" he asked.

"What?" i asked, confused.

"Um, Were's have a great sence of smell." he explain.

"Um. i think becuase he gave me his shirt." i said.

"What!?!?!?!?" he said, raising an eyebrow.

"We didn't do anything. i went to shower and found this on my bed." i indicated my clothes.

"Ok." he said. I finished my breakfast, and walked outside. On the porch sat Hailey, and Kevin..... HOLDING HANDS!?!?!?!

"Hi Hailey. I need to see you, now." i said pulling her away from Kevin. Kevin looked at me and then laughed. "Why didn't you tell me?" i asked.

"Well, i was going to. But you ended up breaking down yesterday." she pointed out.

"Smarty Pants." i commented.

'So why do you have Jonas shirt on?" she asked wiggleing her eyebrows. "WHat happened?" she asked.

"I didn't know it was his. But when i woke up i found him, in my bed. He had my head on his chest and he was staring at me. It was creepy." i said.

"You know you liked it." Jonas said sticking his head in.

"Keep on tell your self that." i said. He shrugged and walked out. "Now about you and kevin?" i asked.

"Well he told me what he was 2 days ago. And i believe. He said he had a crush on my before he knew we were mates. And he looked at me with so much suger in his eyes, and i told him i did too. And he kissed me. It was amazing." she said. She looked like she was so happy she could fly. "What about you and Jonas?"

"I don't know about us. I mean he clearly was hurt. You were there when he told James that i was his. I just don't know. There's so much i want to share but i can't because if i do some people are going to die. But i can't let people around me die again." i said. I told Jay on accident but he had an accident. I wasn't going to let people who cared about me, get hurt again.
