"Oh goodness Niall."  I said, going back into his small kitchen to help him with his newly acquired burn.  This time it was on the side of his hand.  "Oh gosh, this one is big, okay, cold water, now."  I said, pulling his hand over to the sink.  I turned on the cold water and held his hand under it.  "Leave it there, I'll pour the tea."  I walked over, grabbing the kettle and pouring the tea into our mugs.  I set the kettle back down and then went back over to the ever so patient Niall, who's hand was now freezing.  I shut off the water and grabbed a towel to dry his hand with.  After it was dry, he held his hand up towards me with big puppy dog eyes and a smile.  "UGH FINE!"  I grabbed his hand and kissed where the burn was.

"Thank you dear!"  He said before grabbing our tea, handing me a cup, and dragging me over to the couch.

"What are we watching?"  I asked, sitting right next to him, getting comfortable.

"It is a classic called 'Charade'.  It has Audrey Hepburn and Carey Grant.  It's great."  Sounded good.  He pushed play and we began sipping away at our tea while enjoying the old movie.  It was quite enjoyable, all about a woman who's husband died by being pushed off of a train, and she fell in love with a man who was looking for the quarter million dollars that her deceased husband was secretly hiding.  He kept changing aliases and she could never really trust him until the end.  And now at the end, I felt myself becoming incredibly tired.

"Niall, just put on a tv show or something."

"Okay."  He flipped on a criminal investigation show and I slowly began falling asleep.  I swear I was going to just blink, but when my eyes opened up, the television was off and I was still laying on Niall's lap.

"Niall?"  I sat up and saw him sleeping against the couch.  "Niall, wake up."  His eyes shot open and he looked at me and smiled.

"Hey, everything alright?"  He said with a deep, sleepy voice.

"Um, yeah.  What time is it?"  He moved his wrist in front of his face and looked at the time, making his eyes grow wide.

"You have to go, now.  It is seven in the morning, everyone will be up and coming around to get you for breakfast in an hour."  I stood up and ran to his front door with him close behind me.  "I am so sorry Spencer, I should have stayed up and made sure you got home, this is all my fault."

"No, Niall it's not your fault, everything is fine, okay?  I just can't have Liam see me."  He nodded and stepped in front of me to peer out the door.

"It's clear, you're good to go."  I nodded and began stepping out the door, but quickly turned to give him a hug.  He returned the favor, holding me tightly and resting his cheek on my head.  "I'm sorry again."

"Don't be, it was nice.  I'll see you around today, okay?"  I pulled back and he nodded.  I stepped out of the doorway and ran on my toes to my room, which was four doors down.  I quickly pulled out my key and got inside, closing the door quickly.

" 'Hey Gem, Spence is gonna stay a little later tonight to talk about stuff so don't wait up kay?'  Wow, I think you stayed a little longer than you were expecting... huh?"  She startled me.  I turned to face her, seeing her completely dressed and ready with her arms folded and her foot lightly tapping the ground.

"Gemma, please don't tell my brother.  We talked and I got really mad about Preston and so he let me use the shower and while I was in, Liam came and so I had to stay in there and then we put on a movie and accidentally fell asleep.  I'm sorry, just, please don't tell Liam."  I begged, going over to her and then sitting on my bed with my hands on my knees.

"Why?  What is so wrong about you sneaking off with Niall when all you two do is just talk?  It's not like you are sneaking off to be in love or anything, you have a boyfriend."  She replied sternly, making all the sense in the world.

"You're right.  We just get together to talk.  But Gemma, if Liam suspects anything at all I wont be able to even see Niall for talking!  Honestly, you said you understood."

"I do understand, okay?  But Liam came by last night asking who you were sneaking off with and I had to lie to him.  It is really hard to lie to your brother, okay?  So, for the future, can you not drag me into it?"  She came and sat next to me.

"Yes, I am so sorry.  I didn't know that he came in.  What did he say?"  She sighed and then stood up.  She walked to the closet and came back with a dress and my black tennis shoes.  "Thanks."  I said, beginning to strip down and then throw the dress on.  I put the shoes on and then sat in a chair so she could do my hair and makeup, because she loved doing it.
