danielle and gerard were seated at a booth, sipping on their drinks, milkshakes.

classic strawberry and chocolate flavored.

they were silently sipping their shakes, but gerard's gaze held hers' and that was his world.

he wanted to just stay there, focus himself on the eyes of danielle, one bd could keep staring at.

that is, until, two people, boy and girl, came up and joined them.

"cheryl?"
gerard said, surprised to see her here.

"chase?"
danielle shared the same expression as gerard's.

"hey!"
"hey!"
the both of them said simutaneously.

"uhh, what are you doing here?"
gerard asked, still surprised to see cheryl here.

"we were going to get dinner. but now we saw you, we wanted to join you guys-unless you want us to leave?"
cheryl replied.

"uhh, no, we don't mind."
gerard said, making danielle look at him.

cheryl looked at the girl seated across gerard. she figured that this girl was the girlfriend who she and gerard  talked about the other morning.

"you, must be the girlfriend of gerard. am i right?"
cheryl asked danielle, looking at her.

"uh, yeah. hi! danielle."
danielle hesitated a bit, but she replied.

an awkward silence was felt betaeen them, until gerard broke it.

"so, chase. what brings you and cheryl here?"
gerard asked chase, looking at him, as if he hadn't forgave him yet.

"well, my little sister over here-"
chase began to talk, but was cut by gerard spitting out his milkshake.

good thing danielle wasn't across him, she was already beside him, as if she was uncomfortable near cheryl.

"you-you-both are siblings?"
gerard asked while recovering from spitting out the drink.

"yeah, we are. problem?"
chery asked, confused.

"just...surprised."
he spoke, still shocked of what chase said.

"well, sorry for interrupting, we'll be going getting our dinner, bye!"
she said in her fake, sweet voice, making danielle cringe.

while walking home, danielle was silent all the way. awhile ago, she just met the girl who made her jealous, and when she goddamn spoke in that fake, pretending to be sweet voice, the only thing that danielle could think, was, "ew."

"soo, how was it? i mean our first date?"

silence.

"i'm assuming you liked it, you were enjoying it."

silence.

"the shakes were good, eh?"

even though danielle was silent, she laughed at the thought that gerard couldn't take the silence going on between the two of them. although all of that, she still was pissed at cheryl.

"i'm serious danielle, if you won't speak up, you won't be getting any kisses or hugs from me the whole year."

"hey-HEY, that's too much! alright alright, i'm sorry, okay?"
danielle said with the puppy look on her face.

gerard looked at her for a few seconds. his weakness was those kind of faces ;  the puppy look face. and his girlfriend was doing it, and dammit, she was so irresistable.

"you know what, that face your doing, that puppy face, stop it, you're too chessy."

danielle smiled and chuckled a little, she knew that face would always work.

"but fine, I forgive you."

even though they were in public, but there were only a few people in the street, he smashed his lips to hers' entering an out of this world kissing session.

his kisses were so greedy and forceful, unlike his kisses before, soft and sweet. but danielle found it so nice and attractive, it made him ten times more hot.

she could feel his smile against her skin, gerard was enjoying it.
