Complicated Feelings

At the Three Broomsticks

Harry's POV
I slowly opened my eyes when I was starting to woke up. Then I saw someone was there. And it was Ginny. She's putting a cold towel on my forehead.

"Ginny? Where the hell is Hermione?" I asked
"She's asleep." She said squeezing another towel
"How did I get here?"
"I carried you."
"What about Hermione?"
"She told me to take you with me back at the castle."
"But why?!Then I sat up straight
"She said she forgot something."
"Wait.. Hermione never forget that easily!" I said raising up my voice
"Well, now she is.."Just go to sleep so you can rest..."
I laid back at the couch then I gently closed my eyes.................

I woke up the next morning at the common room then I saw someone else was there. Her head's facing downwards while reading a book.
She suddenly looked at me then I realized that it was Hermione! She has a long and deep wound on her left cheek below her left eye towards the side of her mouth.

"Hermione!" I screamed "What happened to your face?!"
Her eyes' widened
"I..... ummm... doesn't matter, come on, let's go down for breakfast.." she said with teary eyes. I don't know why.

I walked down with her until we reached the Great Hall. I sat beside her then Ron came running towards us then sat in front of her. Students are starting to fill up the Great Hall including Ginny. Ginny sat beside me then I spoke to her.

"Umm... Ginny, th-thanks." Then she looked at me
"For what?"
"For.. taking care of me last night." She smiled then said
"You're welcome"

I looked at my left side then I saw that it was empty.

"Where's Hermione?" I asked Ron
"She went back at the common room"
"Why?"
"She said she was gonna take her bag.."Wait.. I'll just go check her."
Then Ron left.

I looked at Ginny once more then said.
"Ginny... I want to treat you at the Three Broomsticks at a way of saying thank you. Would you come?" I asked hesitating
"Sure" shesaid happily
"Later at 5 ok?" I said
"Okay!"

5 pm
I went straight at the Three Broomsticks after class. Then I saw Ginny was already there. She looked at me smiling then said

"Hi Harry!"
"Hello!"Sooo... what do you want to order?" I asked
"Just Butterbeer."
"You sure?" I asked
"Yeah"
"What's yours?" She asked
"I'll just order Butterbeer too." I said. I was starting to stand up when she held my arm.
"I'll order." She said
"Y-you sure?" I asked
"Yeah... just give me the money."
Then I passed her the money then she went at the counter.

Ginny's POV
"Two Butterbeers please.. and please put some Firewhiskey on the other one." I said
I waited for 3 mins then the lady handed me the food then said to me.
"The Butterbeer with Firewhiskey is at the right."
"Ok thanks!" I said then paid
I went back at our table then I handed him the one with the Firewhiskey then he started drinking it.

After mins. of staying there, I could see Harry becoming dizzy.

"Come on Harry, let's go back at the castle." I said then walked out

Instead of walking back at the castle, I pulled Harry behind a tree then I kissed him. I thought he was gonna break it but then he made it deeper. I broke from the kiss when I saw someone was coming. As she went closer... I recognized it was... McGonagall! I hesitated then I hid Harry.

"Aha!" Then she held my arm.
"Wandering off at night is one of our school rules!"Let's go inside and talk!" She said leaving Harry behind the tree.

"Professor! I can explain!" Ginny said hesitating
"Go on, explain." McGonagall said
"I was getting some tree leaves for my research Professor!" Ginny said
"Then why at night?"
"Because it was the only time I got professor!"
"Hmmm.... ok I can accept that as an excuse.. but next time, ask for a permission ok?"
"Okay professor.." then I quickly left the room."
