Most would run from their fears. Most would not turn and face their terrors. And I'm one...I'm a runner.
Time seems to stop when I run. I never looked back, I never could. I would hear the agony when I do and I would feel my heartbeat rise, then I will falter.
One day, I must learn when to stop running. I will tell myself that I will tire myself out, time had passed before I cannot run anymore. But it is worth it, all that running, all that inner fighting.
When will I stop running? When I lose myself in my insanity? When I stumble, and fall?
No... I won't stop running. I can't stop running. I need to protect the ones I love. I won't look back; their cries will stop me. Their tears will hold me back.
Most would run from their fears. Most would not turn and face their terrors. And I'm one...I run into fears. And I'll rip them apart.
