People say look on the bright side. When on the bright side is more pain. Because when you look on the bright side you get hurt even more. The bright side is supposed to make You feel good, to make everything alright. But that's a lie. The last time I looked on the bright side I didn't find anything good. I felt worse. The bright side is a myth. A lie. A joke. Something to trick the mind. To fool your feelings. I doubt the people who look to the bright side find what they look for. When I hear someone say 'look on the bright side' I laugh. The bright side is just a bad idiom. A phrase people say to comfort someone in need. If someone is in need, hurting, don't comfort them with a lie! Tell that person the truth. Because the truth (even if it's the painful truth) is a lot better than a lie.
