this is a poetry book, my poetry book. I realize that failure of acknowledgment in the black community that mental illnesses exist. this is my diary. 

my book is what I go through on a day to day basis, it may be triggering. 

this book is for all races, keep in mind, but my skin color plays an enlarged contribution to the many downfalls in my mental stability.
