It's gotten so serious and difficult to handle that I've even had to take time off school for the past while... I just didn't have the time or energy to focus on it with taking care of my family and working. :/

Now, I'm not trying to turn this into a "pity Aiko-chan fest" or anything. XD

I'm fine guys...although there are definitely times where I do not feel okay. But hey, that's life and its important to try your best to overcome it right? :3

I just wanted to let you guys know I didn't die...i didn't forget you all...I've just been busy. 😅
Time really flies you know?

I'll try not to go AWOL again...

But...even more so...thank you for being SO dang patient with this collage thing. ಥ_ಥ

You see, I had an idea that I wanted to make a time lapse video of me inking and coloring it...and then upload it to YouTube and link it here for you all to see.

But I can only film in the daytime because in time lapse it looks terrible to have the lighting constantly switch from daylight to incandescent... It creates a nasty flash like effect and it distorts the colors as you film. ಠ_ಠ

And in the winter months of Canada the sun rises very late and sets very early...so I would basically miss ALL my daylight hours at work...because you leave in the dark...and get home in the dark...sounds fun right? XD

But now that it's FINALLY spring! I have a bit more daylight hours to work and film in so the process should be much more speedy now.

But yeah...basically...what started out as a great idea to make a video ended up delaying the completion of the project even more... 😅😅😅

But hey at least there will be a video that comes out if it! *says timidly* XDD

(I thought it would be a cooler gift to you guys if I turned it into a video too rather than only showing a picture of it. X3 )

But I'll show you what I have so far! It's a slow process but I want to at least show progress. X3 

I know I know...it still looks like there's so much left... 😂😭😅

But I'm determined!!!

(P.S. I decided to look through some comments on my older chapters and I saw a lot of comments that never even made it to my notification inbox... ಠ╭╮ಠ Well...either that or they just got burried under the mass of notifications that my inbox is. 😅😅😅)

But I'll try to reply to as many comments as I can...there's a lot though so I apologize if I didn't get to yours...I've had about 5 interruptions just trying to write this out so I hope you guys don't think I'm being snobby or anything if I don't reply all the time...I really want to! Lol!  😅😅😅)

Just reading and remembering some of your comments have helped get me through hard times and have really encouraged me when I have had self doubt issues with my own artwork.
(Which I've had a lot of lately)

I feel very blessed to know so many wonderful people and I'll always treasure being able to share what I do with you all~ ^^
