Part 73: Bordeux (1)
I put away the thought about Aoki-san
I headed to Bordeux.
The usual bar Ryuto and I meet.
It is a small bar.
In a small town.
I found the bar.
When I first moved out.
To be alone.
When I strolled around.
Aimlessly.
.
In the busy city, Tokyo.
This shop feels like it is excluded.
From the stress.
From the hustle.
From the noisiness .
That makes this shop so unique.

Part 74: Bordeaux (2)
When I entered the bar,
Ryuto was sitting.
In our usual counter seats.
On the table.
There were two glasses of wine.
And
A plate of cheeses to accompany the wine.
He seemed to be engrossed in the jazz music
playing in the bar.
When I walked towards him.
He turned towards my direction.
He smiled
then
waved.
I thought to myself.
"The same old Ryuto."
-----------------------------------------
Part 75: Conversation
After settling down,
We finally started out endless conversation.
Ryuto started.
He talked about work.
I would listen to it quietly.
Sipping on the wine.
Later,
I complained
About the new work.
The weird editors.
The strange editor-in-chief.
Before I realized.
I was drunk.
Drunk.
and
Carried away.
"That... editor-in-chief... turns out to be... that senpai."
I should have not said that.
-----------------------------------------
Part 76: Do Not Get Close
I gasped.
It was too late.
Ryuto was shocked.
He knew everything.
What happened.
To me.
From the beginning.
to
the painful end.
He became angry instantly.
"What? WHY IS HE YOUR EDITOR-IN-CHIEF...?"
I quickly interrupted him.
"Ryu! Don't worry. I haven't even talked to him a lot. I am going to avoid him after work."
He became silent.
Then warned me.
"Don't get too close with him, no matter what is the reason."
-----------------------------------------
Part 77: Dismiss
Things became awkward.
I checked the time.
It was already 1 AM.
On the table.
There was
one empty wine bottle
two empty glasses
one empty plate.
We decided to head home.
Ryuto walked me to the apartment.
I thought the
long
tiring
day
was
finally
over.
Until someone called my name.
The moment I entered the apartment building.
"Takahashi-san"
I looked back.
It was Aoki-san.
-----------------------------------------
Hello!
Firstly, I will have to apologies for the long absence.
I promised everyone that I will return right after my exams finished. But I didn't.
I always promise something but I never end up keeping it (。•́︿•̀。)
Things haven't gone well as I thought for the past few months and I was also busy. Since I have some time to seat and write now, I am thinking the updates will be regular for a while.
Thank you for your patience and waiting for the update! I would like to also thank everyone for 10K reads!
I hope you enjoyed reading this 5 parts!
Have a great day!
