Leo's P.O.V
I lay on my stomach perching my chest up with my elbows, my finger set on the trigger of my T93 sniper rifle. I shifted my position and looked through the objective lens, watching the reticle line up with head of my victim. He seemed like an ordinary guy, hanging out in the park, eating his lunch. No one knew who he really was, what he had done.
I pulled the trigger and moments later people started panicking, I pushed myself off the cement ground and packed up my rifle. I swung my bag over my shoulder and hopped to the next building, being careful to avoid cameras.
I placed the gun onto the rack in the warehouse and changed from my all leather disguise to a leather jacket, covering a white shirt and black jeans. I threw my cloths in a waste basket and pulled on a black mask, fashion in Asia. I walked out the back and mounted my black Harley-Davidson Motorcycle with only a backpack.
"The flight from Shanghai, China to Seoul, South Korea is now boarding." The woman over the intercom spoke first in Mandarin, then in Korean. I adjusted my bag and stood up, walking through the plane to my designated seat in business class. I sat down and buckled in as the flight attendant explained the safety measures. I had heard them so many times I had memorized them in about 6 different languages.
As soon as the seatbelt sign went off I put my headphones on my head and turned on my music. I leaned back and closed my eyes hoping to finally get some sleep for the first time in a few days.
A hand shook my shoulder and I groaned rubbing my eyes. I turned on my phone and saw that I had only been asleep for an hour.
"Sir, I just wanted to let you know that we were landing soon." She said in Mandarin. I shifted in my seat before thanking her. I packed my headphones back into my bag and zipped it up. I looked out the window and saw the familiar sight of South Korea. I placed on my cap and tilted it to shadow my face.
Once I entered the airport I reached behind a potted plant, pulled out a cellphone and called the only number in the contact. I placed the phone to my ear and listened to it ring a few times.
"You will be given the documents for your next assignment at your hotel, there will be a car outside that will take you there. Good luck." The voice on the other end spoke in English. I snapped the flip phone in half, pulled out the battery, broke the SD card and threw it in the trash.
I secured my mask over my nose and made my way out of the airport. A small limousine waited at the exit. A paper was taped to the side, in large, black letters the name LEO was written. I bowed at the driver who stood outside the car as he opened the door. I climbed inside and set my bag on the seat next to me.
We arrived at the hotel and the driver handed me a key card. I swung my bag back over my shoulder and entered the huge building. I walked into the elevator and pressed the top floor.
I opened the door to my room and walked inside my suite. Throwing my bag on the couch I plopped next to it. I reached over to the desk in front of me and picked up the file. I leaned back and read it.
"What the hell? You send your best agent for a simple drug bust." I complained in English. I threw the folder back on the table and walked to the bathroom, climbing in the shower, once I was undressed.
I wrapped the white towel around my waist and whipped the condensation from the mirror. I ran a hand through my wet, almost white hair as I looked at my chest. Scars littered my toned body, each one telling a different story from my travels.
I pulled on a white button up with blue sleeves and collar. Exiting the bathroom, I wiggled my way into a pair of white pants. I hopped around on one foot as I slid a pain of black boots onto my feet forgetting about the socks.
It had been years since I had been in Korea, I had been traveling for a long time. If finally had the chance to see surroundings from my childhood, I would take it.
I walked to the parking lot and spotted a familiar Harley-Davidson that the company must have sent over. Taking out my keys I swung my leg over the seat and started the engine.
Everything was so familiar. The soft wind on my face, blowing the smell of odeng and cup chicken into my nose. People walked around, students out with their friends after school, couples standing close, people heading home from work. I even remembered the feeling of the bumpy road I used to drive over with my parents.
I was so happy to be home, but I was also sad. Nothing waited for me. New shops took the place of my favorite restaurant, clothing stalls took the place of my parents old dakkocchi stand. Things changed, but then again, so did I.
