the sirens

Prologue

The seas were not happy. They were furious. There was a storm and every creature was scared, but in the middle of the ocean, lost at sea was a captain and his crew, struggling to not sink into the bottomless sea.
"Sam, hold the sails!! John, keep the steering wheel steady! We are not going down without a fight!!" yelled Michael.
Michael had been captain of his ship, the siren, for twenty years, and he wasn't going to lose it today! The siren has been around since pirates! The siren got it's name because though it's small, it has ten canons on each side. Micheal loved the boat like it was his own son, and loved to go on adventures. He wouldn't let the siren sink today. He couldn't let it sink. Suddenly, he heard the most beautiful voices he had ever heard. Michael looked up, and to his surprise, he saw the most gorgeous women he had ever seen. Even without the women there, he would have been excited to see land.
" Land ho!" he yelled. Quickly, John turned the wheel and they started boarding the island. Each one more eager than the last the meet the beautiful women. But just as they reached the gorgeous women, Michael realized that he had made a huge mistake coming here. The three dazzling women has changed their appearance, and now were three birds with the heads of women!
" Sirens!" yelled Michael, but it was too late! The sirens had already killed all his men. But now the sirens were looking at him. " You and your men will make a lovely lunch! We will feast after we have dealt with you!!" Michael was so terrified he couldn't move, but he managed to stutter out a few words " you aren't real! You're just a myth!" The sirens smiled, and said " that's what most humans believe, and it's why we still get our supper!" After that, they killed him, and started feasting. Nobody thought they were real, and they were going to keep it that way.

Sorry that this chapter is short. It's only the prologue. The other chapter will be longer, I promise.
