It had been so weird this week, Sami hasn't been in the office at all! I felt kinda bad about what I had said to her. Now I feel like I'm treating her like shit. I'm forced to send all her meetings to her hotel room each time! She didn't come to her own office not one time, not even to check on me. No emails, texts, calls not anything. And on top of that it's my birthday and she didn't even text or email happy birthday to me.

What did I expect from her, she was taken back by me, I was something she wasn't use to at all, and when she was nice to me she was nice. Ugh whatever

"Wassup birthday girl" June walked in the office with balloons and a rose

"Shit, bruh look at you being all romantic to a nigga" I stood up

"Well shit I give all the checks I'm fucking a rose" she laughed

"Nigga you do know that we are not fucking right" I punched her arm

"Yet, but it's cool ma you can deny it all you want, you and Sami just wait on it" she walked out as Sami dad walked in

"Hey Mr Sameer" June said walking out

"Hello Mrs Juneau!" He laughed

"Hey Mr Sam, what brings you in" I sat back down

"Well the past couple months that you have been here I haven't gotten anything complaints from Sami at all

"Shit I'm surprised about that she's been..." I cut my self off as I mumbled

"Huh?" He said

"Oh nothing I was saying WOW, because I've been trying to do such a good job for her!"  I smiled

"Well you have you been working 6 days a a week, almost 13 hours a day, and even come in earlier than Sami, where is she?" He asked

"Umm I'm not sure!" I stood up

"Hmhm, okay well  since it's your birthday, I do approve vacation time, if you would like to use some or take some, it would all be on me in or out the country" he smiled

"Shut up, no way" I hugged him

"Yes, since your aren't fried yet means Sami likes you so it's not a problem" he laughed

"Well, I don't have no passport, I never even been anywhere out of Compton, this is crazy" I was excited

"Well, just let me or Sami know and I will make it happen okay, happy birthday sweetie" he walked out the office and I followed him locking the door since it's time to go home

That was the best gift yet, shit Mr Sam is my nigga. But I wonder if he thinks Sami like me like me or if he just thinks she knows I'm good at my job, I'm pretty sure he don't think we fucking or was fucking. I miss her. What I miss Sami? I questioned myself. Well shit, nope can't think about that right now. Well I'm gonna just text her to tell her that her dad came by to see her.
