The Sudden Confession

Welp, I said I would update this like 2 weeks ago but I'm lazy so :P

Eli's POV

Oh my goodness, yesterday was the best day I've ever had. Y/N treated me like I was a queen, though I was a bit embarrassed about me tripping on the stairs. She treated me to food, we went around shopping, tried some food and enjoyed each other's company. Today we're going out with the girls, to celebrate me and Y/N d-dating. It's so awkward and e-embarrassing, saying that. Now all I'm waiting is for Y/N to come pick me up. Oh crap, I forgot to choose clothes for hanging out. 

I pushed myself off of my bed, and I ran to my closet, pulling out everything I had, I have to look good in front of Y/N. I pulled out a pair of clothes, "Ugh, this is too fancy" I thought. I pulled out another pair "This one is too casual, like I don't care at all". After about 20 minutes, I chose a pair  of clothes, "Hmm, This one looks good". Then after I finishes changing, I got a call from Y/N

Y/N: Hey babe, I'm outside right now, you ready?

Eli: Y-Yeah, give me a sec

Y/N: Okay

I stepped outside to see Y/N waiting by the door with her headphones, listening to her music. I walked up to her and hugged her from behind

Eli: Hey Y/N

Y/N: Oh hey babe, ready to go?

Eli: Yup 

I smiled and we started walking down the street to the bus stop. As we were walking, I saw Y/N putting away her headphones, into her backpack. 

Eli: H-Hey Y/N

Y/N: Yeah?

Eli: What kind of songs do you listen to?

Y/N: Why do you ask?

Eli: Well, I've recently been trying to get song recommendations, and you listen to music all the time, so the songs are probably good

Y/N: Well recently I've been listening to a band called "Faber Drive". Their songs are pretty good in my opinion 

Eli: Oh that's cool, would you recommend you any specific song?

Y/N: Do you want a quick and happy song or a slow and sad one?

Eli: Both 

Y/N: Well then for quick and happy i recommend "Candy Store" and slow and not really sad "You & I tonight

Eli: Can I listen to it now?

Y/N: ...

Eli: Pweaseee, can I use your headphones?

Y/N: I don't let anyb-

I looked at her and just when i was about to tell her no again for the second time, she used her puppy eyes, She's just so cute when she does that, w-wait what?! I-I don't call people cute, t-this girl is changing me 

Y/N: Ugh, fine 

I finally gave up and pulled out my headphones and adjusted the size for it to fit her head comfortably. After doing that I pulled out my phone and made sure the volume wasn't too loud and started playing "You & I Tonight".
