A loud scraping woke Stiles from his slumber. Derek was snoring beside him his arm wrapped around Stiles protectively, Stiles slowly removed Derek's arm careful not to wake him. Stiles quietly slipped off the bed and moved towards his window where there was a long scratch on the glass. He trailed the scratch along with his finger a small pit in his stomach forming. Something wasn't right he could feel it.

He looked back at Derek who had one leg dangling off  his bed and his head under a pillow. Stiles smiled ignoring the small pit that was growing in his stomach. He blamed it on his body being a bit wack from the pregnancy. Stiles shrugged and bit his lip before turning away from Derek.

He moved towards his door and flicked on the lights except nothing happened. His room stayed pitch black and he felt his heart rate speed up a bit. Stiles didn't know if he wanted to wake Derek or handle the situation himself. He sighed before opening his room door and walking out to the hallway.

The house creaked with old sounds and Stiles hated the feeling of someone watching him as he walked down the stairs and towards his basement. He knew how to restart the generator to turn the lights back on and once that was done he would wake Derek. He nodded to himself and turned the knob to walk down the stairs.

Just as he was about to step he felt hands on his back shove him down the stairs. He wrapped his arms around his stomach as he went down. With every tumble came a bruise, but Stiles made sure that Noah was protected. He hit the bottom with a smack to his head. He groaned his vision fuzzy.

A female figure appeared in front of him crouching down at his level. He tried to move away, but it seemed as if his body was paralyzed. He felt a tear roll down his cheek as she lifted his shirt and started chanting in a language unknown to him. He knew exactly who she was. Her chanting grew louder and an agonizing pain ripped through Stiles, but he couldn't scream he couldn't do anything. Tears continued to roll down his cheeks. She smiled at him and with one last word he heard it.

Crying. His baby crying. He tried to reach for him but his hands barely shook. She winked at him before standing back up with a naked baby Noah in her arms. His cries grew louder and Stiles let out a raspy whisper.

"Please." He whispered his throat filing with what tasted like blood.

"Thank you." Was all she said before disappearing with Noah.

"No." He croaked his body trembling.

She had ripped him like he was nothing and in all honesty he felt like nothing. His body had surprisingly numbed after she grabbed Noah. Stiles moved his head to that he could see the window just above the ground. Street lights relit and he could tell she was gone.

Loud thudding came from upstairs and the lights shone bright above Stiles. Derek appeared sprinting down the stairs and towards Stiles. He crouched near his boyfriend his eyes filled with panic and confusion. Stiles felt his heart sink as more tears came down.

"He's gone." Stiles croaked.

"Stay with me." Derek instructed, "we'll get him back but i need you to stay awake."

"Can't." Stiles's vision became blotchy with black spots everywhere.

"No, no, no." Derek pulled out his phone, "Noah is not growing up without you."

"I'm sorry." Stiles struggled to get out.

"No, baby this isn't your fault just hold up i'm getting help." Derek squeezed Stiles's hand and waited for who ever he was calling to to answer.

They picked up, "Hello?"

"Gal-"

Stiles felt his eyes flutter shut and he let out a sigh before resting. He could feel Derek picking him up, but it was over.  Stiles felt his heart sink at the thought of never seeing Noah and Derek ever again, but he was tired. So tired.
