Kawaii~Chan's Birthday- Chapter 24

Brooklyn's POV:

"NO WE'RE NOT!!!"

Zane and Ana Panda screamed in unison turning away from each other, both slightly blushing.

 Ugh. Why cant they be friends without being embarrassed about it, they have so much in common! Why cant they just make up! 

"Why can't you guys just be friends? Is it a competitive thing?"

I asked calmly.

"She's annoying!"

Zane snarled at Ana Panda.

My eyes widened.

I looked at Kawaii~Chan.

She was nervously lashing her tail.

I flattened my ears.

"That's it, Zane! Stop being so grumpy all the time! For gosh sakes your so blind to the fact that it's your girlfriend's birthday you naive- UGH! Stop acting like everything sucks, because it doesn't!"

Zane stared at me, his eyes wide.

He turned to Kawaii~Chan.

Kawaii~Chan quietly looked at Zane.

"K-Kawaii~Chan... You didn't tell me..."

"Kawaii~Chan doesn't like receiving gifts. She only told Brooklyn~Sama."

I nodded.

Zane hung his head.

"I'm sorry. A-A-Are you okay? (PinkPeppyPandaaa)"

Kawaii~Chan shrugged.

"Kawaii~Chan was never NOT okay. She's just sad since you and Ana Panda~Sama aren't getting along."

Ana Panda sighed.

She thought a moment, her eyes fixed on the table.

Then she looked up at Zane.

"Zane, you aren't too bad, I just needed to stay strong. I wasn't gonna swallow my pride, but I guess, sometimes you just gotta."

She shrugged.

Zane looked at her.

"You aren't too bad either.."

He muttered.

"YAY!"

I squealed.

"Nya~! Lets go for ice cream!"

Kawaii~Chan giggled.

Zane grabbed her hand.

"My treat."

He gazed at her.

I held my breath almost exploding.

"AWWWWWWWWWWWW!"

Trevor screamed.

"Aw you softie!"

I laughed poking his ear.

He looked at me with amusement in his eyes and grabbed my hand.

I heard Kawaii~Chan let out a small squeak.

I rolled my eyes and leaned against Trevor as we walked to an ice cream place.
