"Y/n, hurry up! We have to go!" Mom said.
"Coming!" I yelled.
Why this is such a big deal, I don't know.
She hasn't even told me what's going on...
"Oh you are gonna scream!" She squealed.
Yeah. And the whole USA is gonna have a party for it. Yippee!
"Why, what's going on?" I asked.
"I can tell you this: your gonna love it!" My Mom said.
"Ugh. Let me guess, we're going to aunt barbs house?" I sighed.
"Nope. Even better!" She exclaimed. She put a blindfold on me as we walked out the door.
"Mom, literally... this isn't funny." I said as I walked out the door, her guiding me so I don't bump into anything.
"Are you wearing your st merch under your sweater?" She asked.
"Duh. Why?" I said.
"Nothing." She quipped.
We drove for what seemed like hours. But, was only 15 mins.
We were at the mall. I could tell because I heard the music blasting from Hot Topic. They have good taste.
"Ok now, when I lead you into here, take off your sweater." She stated.
"Why?" I wondered.
"Ok, now." She said.
I did as I was told. She took the blind fold off.
"You can't be serious!" I exclaimed.
Right there, on the stage was FINN FREAKING WOLFHARD!
"Oh my gosh mom YES TGANKS SO MUCH!"
"No problem, but the line is really long so you may have to wait a while, and Matt and Ross Duffer may want to borrow Finn, I hear they're here as well." Mom said.
1-hour later...
We were up to the stage.
I slowly walked up the stairs, the stairs making a slight creeping sound as I walked up them.
"Hey, looks like you're the last one." Finn laughed.
"Yeah, guess I am." I smiled.
"Hey um Finn, we need-" Matt said, peeking his head through the curtain.
"Sorry don't mind them, they've been doing this all day." Finn sighed.
"No, Finn, she's the one." Matt said.
"The one? What one?" I questioned.
"You're perfect! Ross and I, we're looking for someone to play a new female role in Stranger Things, and you have the perfect look, and accent we were looking for, you have to audition!" Matt exclaimed.
"Really?" I blushed.
"Finn, what do you think?" Ross peeped his head through the curtain and pushed Matt out on stage.
"She looks pretty, good." Finn said too quickly. He was blushing really hard.
"So what do you say Y/n, wanna try out?" mom asked.
"Deal." I nodded.
I wrote down all of my information on a piece of paper and gave it to the duffer brother.
Today was a good day.
