Dear Ashley,
Tristen has signed up for the Air Force. I don't know what to do or what to think. He never mentioned wanting to join the military and we never discussed it. I can't be mad that he wants to do this with his life, but I am sad. I don't want to be left behind. I am scared that he will forget me or meet someone new and move on from me.
