"Good. This is yours." I gave her the last drink and threw the carton away. She kissed my head and I smiled.
"What did he say?"
"That his parents gave him an ultimatum. It's complicated but it's what he had to do. Now he lives here and cashed his trust fund and has his own bank account."
"You told him we're moving here right?" I nodded and looked at her.
"He wants me to come stay with him until we move here. And he lives in a house so I could sleep in my own room."
"But that also means you can be as loud as you want when you two fuck."
"Who's fucking?" My dad asked.
"Josh and Tyler. He wants Tyler to stay with him until we move here."
"He still has his catholic values. He said maybe not sex when I asked. So."
"That doesn't mean anything. You're both horny teenagers."
