I want to thank Shook_Maraca for sending me his experience, and being so eager to help.

"My name is Harlenium, I wish to transition into a male. I noticed but never knew there was a word for what I was feeling. And once I found out about transgender people I considered it. I talked with a friend (who is also ftm) and he helped me out with this. All my friends call me by my male name, Harlenium or Harlem. And after coming out to the counselor my teachers are calling me those names. My parents still aren't fond of it, since they feel as though I am too young to decide my gender. But I am waiting and hoping that they will come around."

So, it's good to have people who know about you, so that they can help you during hard times, or times where you don't know what to do, or who you are. Speaking to someone who is nonjudgmental at school, like a counselor, or speaking to a close friend, is a very good start. They can help you figure out who you are, and also help you plan for the future.
