"Where were you on the morning of July 4th?" Inquired Betty.
"I really shouldn't say it in from of you Betty," you cautiously started.
Jughead gave you a stern look and crossed his arms.
You sighed and warned her "Your sister wouldn't want you to know."
She gave you a puzzled look and was about to say something but stopped.
"I was in your house. I was in your sister Polly's room," you said slowly.
"What were you doing there?" Questioned Jughead and Betty in unison.
"I really can't tell you more. Ask Polly," you replied. You were about to get up when Betty pushed you back into the chair.
She was starting to say something but Jughead stopped her. He led her into a corner of the room and talked to her quietly. Somehow, she managed to listen to him and finally said "Fine, we'll talk to Polly. Just know this, we called the police. Tell them exactly what you told us and you walk free."
