While she sings to the twins softly, I am standing in the doorway looking in at my family and can't help but feel lucky that I have this gorgeous woman who I get to call my wife, my 10 grown, young adult children, as well as my two newborn twins. Avril notices me standing in the doorway, and looks up with the biggest smile on her face. I make my way over and hold my arms out for my sweet Georgia. I walk around the room and begin singing Aerosmith's Don't Wanna Miss a Thing.

Avril wipes away a couple stray tears that have fallen, and I can't help but smile as my little angel from the heavens above opens her eyes and looks up at me with her beautiful blue orbs. I whisper gently to her that she will always be loved and treasure by her daddy, and that I will do everything in my power to make sure she's happy. She giggles up at me, and reaches out with her little hand, putting it on my cheek. I take hold of her tiny hand and kiss it everywhere.

I wouldn't change a single thing about my family. I love them all to the ends of this earth, and I will do everything humanly possible (within my power) to keep them protected, safe, loved, and cherished. They are my whole life, and nothing will ever be able to take them away from me. Not even Ella; although, I never knew she'd have the guts to try and come back into our lives...
