So I did a bad idea I put the twins up for adoption I wasn't ready to be a Mam not yet anyway I'm only 17 I'm still in school and Sebastian is well speaking of Sebastian I didn't tell him that I put our twins up for the adoption but I had to tell him so I went to Santana, Finn and Blaine for advise.
Me: guys I need help
Santana: what's wrong
Me: I put the twins up for adoption and I haven't told Sebastian yet what should I do
Finn: well just tell him we will come with you
Me: ok but where
Blaine: how about dalton because I need to give him the tickets for the warblers to come see us at west side story
Me: ok then but when ?
Finn: how about today
Me: ok
(time skip to dalton)
We walked through the halls dalton and heard music and singing me, Blaine, Finn and Santana walked further to the warbler practice room and we heard one of my favorite songs uptown girl
We walked to the entrance of the room and saw that nick was singing the first bit then I saw Sebastian looking at me and I smiled at him then he winked at me
Great he seems to be in a happy mood I can't let him down I tried to escape but Finn grabbed me
Finn: no you are going to tell him
Me: I can't what happens if he leaves me I'm going to be lonely no boyfriend nothing
Finn: well if he does break up with you then I will be your boyfriend ok
Me: ok
After the song I looked at everyone
Me: guys can I have a talk with Sebastian alone plz
And with that everyone left
Sebastian: what's wrong babe
Me: I have something to tell you
Sebastian: ok go on
Me: I put the babies up for adoption I'm so sorry
Sebastian: why are you sorry
Me: because I didn't tell you
Sebastian: it's ok but I have something to tell you
Me: what
Sebastian: I don't think we should be together for a while like we should have a break go for different people
Me: what why I thought you loved me
Sebastian: I do
Me: no it's fine see ya around then
Sebastian: babe
Me: don't call me babe
And then I walked out to see Blaine, Santana and Finn waiting for me
Finn: what happened ?
Me: he broke up with me he said that we should have time apart and see if there's a spark with other people
Oh no why would Sebastian say that well who would Sebastian date and who would charlotte date find out in the next chapter love ya guys
