Taehyung Fluff

You were friends with Kim Taehyung for a few years, and every time you saw him, your heart raced and beat loudly in your chest. Everything about him was perfect. You were in love with him. Waking up every morning thinking of him, and going to bed every night with him on your mind, just goes to prove that you've fallen for him and his dorky self. 

This was the day, you were going to confess. You were terrified. What if he didn't feel the same? What if he liked somebody else? Or what if this ruined your friendship? There were so many what-if's, but none of them could be answered if you didn't step ahead of yourself and tell him how you truly feel. What if he DID feel the same?

You were on the bus, on your way to school. Your mind rushing with thoughts of Kim Taehyung.

It wasn't until then that you remembered you two take the same bus. You were planning on confessing as soon as you saw him, which would have been first period class.. But, it seemed that you'd see him a lot sooner than that, as he was now walking towards the seat you were sitting in. You scooted over and allowed him to sit next to you.

"Hi, Y/N! Did you miss me?" Yes. You wanted to tell him how MUCH you missed him, but--
"Sure." was what you came out with.

"Well, Y/N, I missed you.. A lot!" he cheered and smiled his adorable rectangle smile at you. You felt like you were going to explode any moment. 

A few minutes passed and you were almost at your final destination, school. You knew you needed to do this, and it would be a perfect time because nobody else would hear you, as you always sat at the back of the bus and everyone else was quite noisy. 

"Taehyung.." You nudged his shoulder to get his attention, and he looked at you concerned. 

"What's wrong, Y/N?" 

"I need to tell you something.. but please don't hate me, okay?" you informed him and he nodded his head. "I could never hate you."

You took a deep breath and told him everything. How you felt about him, how you always thought about him, and how badly you wanted to be more than just his best friend. When you were finished, you looked over to him. His eyes were wide before he blinked, and after the realization set in, he smiled the widest smile you've ever seen on him. 

"Y/N! Why didn't you tell me sooner? Really? I would have never known.." unlike his usual confident and cheery self, he looked really flustered and shy. 

"I guess I need to be honest with you too, then." Taehyung said just loud enough to hear you, and you were afraid to hear what he was going to say next.

"I really, REALLY like you, Y/N. I have for longer than you've liked me-- much longer." He put his hand on yours, and locked your fingers with his. "I'm so happy I don't even know what to say." he whispered in your ear and you both were a smiling mess. 

"Don't say anything, just kiss me." you said with confidence and he leaned forward, giving you a long, passionate kiss. One of your friends turned around and cheered you two on, before the rest of the school bus started chanting your names. It was going to be a long, and wonderful day.
