Chapter 2

The school bell rang loudly. It felt like my ears were bleeding bucket-loads. Luckily they weren't, but I now find my self in school again. Suddenly, loads of my classmates were running into the corridor. I missed class.

"Hey, how're you doin'?", said Sammy, "Are you alright? You look funny." He looked truly concerned, which was odd for him.

"Fine, thanks. I've just been felling... ...off... lately." I said awkwardly. Sammy just walked away without saying a word. Normally, he would say something like, "Okay, carry on then," or, "Yeah, you do that.". And it certainly wasn't anything like him to look concerned in any way.

Even though our school is a mixed school, I don't have any "girl-friends" as such. I've never been into that sort of thing. I guess it's because most of the girls in my school act wierd around me. They're always afraid.

I looked outside and I saw Sammy. It was much like him to go outside, you know; especially when it's sunny, like today. But, it wasn't ever like him to go near large crowds, or nearBarry. Sammy, from what it looked like, was having a fight with Barry.

"Sammy!" I shouted under my breath. I ran down the corridor, trying to avoid any head-on collisions. I was nearly to the door to get outside when I bumpeed into someone.

"Excuse me,", said a very calm voice. I looked up, "Hello. I think you know the rules. No running indorrs, and seeing you sprinting down the corridor means I'm going to have to report you." It was my form tutor. She was very strict about the rules. I ran away without saying another word. I had just touched the door handle when I blacked out.
