Chapter 3 First Kiss

"Alright training is done for today." Kakashi said.

"Kakashi-sensei?" You asked.

"Yes (y/n)?" He said.

"What is that book you are always reading?" You asked.

Kakashi started blushing while trying to respond to your question. "U-uh you don't need to know. Just go home and get some rest for tomorrow. " And just like that he vanished.

"Huh weird." You said.

"Well I'm tired see you all tomorrow!" Naruto said.

"See ya." You responded.

"So Sasuke-." Sakura started talking till she was interrupted by Sasuke.

"Come on (y/n) let's go." He said to you.

"Uh okay." You said.

He started walking off and you followed behind him. You looked back concerned about Sakura. Once you looked back at Sakura she was not happy.

You and Sasuke continued to walk towards the waterfall. Ever since the day you two started having lunch together he would always go with you to the waterfall. And when you'd get there you two would lay side by side on the thick soft grass and stare at the clouds. Once in awhile he would talk but you did most of the talking. Even though he wouldn't talk alot to you he would always be listening. He seemed to enjoy hanging out with you.

"Sasuke, I'm getting tired if I don't move I might just *yawn* fall asleep."

"Close your eyes for a bit then. I'll keep an eye out." He said.

'Should I really fall asleep here next to him? He better keep an eye out.' You thought to yourself.

"Alright then. Wake me up before the sun sets ok?" You said.

"Got it."

"I mean it Sasuke."

"Yes yes (y/n) just take your nap already."

"Okay." Before you knew it you drifted off to sleep.

3rd Person P.O.V.

Sasuke watched your sleeping form for awhile then looked up into the sky.
He realized the sun already went down and the moon was shining brighter than ever. 'Oh the sun is already down. I was supposed to wake (y/n) up.' He thought. Sasuke was about to wake (y/n) up until he saw the moon shine bright on your (h/c) hair. 'She looks so peaceful.' He thought. "I'll let you sleep a little longer (y/n)." He said.

Your P.O.V.

You finally woke up from your wonderful nap. "Wow. The stars and the moon look beautiful tonight. I mean this has to be the brightest moon I have ev- WAIT A MINUTE! SASUKE YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO WAKE ME UP YOU JERK!" You shouted.

"Calm down. It's not like you planned anything for tonight. Right?" He asked.

"R-Right."

"Hn. That's what I thought."

"Well whatever I'm leaving." You got up and started leaving until you felt Sasuke's hand gripping onto your wrist.

"Can you stay a little longer? Please." He asked calmly.

You gave out a loud sigh. "Fine."

"Thanks."

"Yeah whatever."

The two of you sat there for awhile until Sasuke finally spoke up.
"(Y/n)?"

"Hm?"

"Are you mad at me for not waking you?" Sasuke asked.

"No. What made you think I was mad at you?" You asked.

"It's just you were quiet this whole time."

"Oh yeah sorry. Why didn't you wake me up though?"

"To be honest I couldn't. While I was watching you, you looked so peaceful. I didn't want to wake you."

"You were watching me sleep!?!"

"Yeah so."

"Anyway....I'm not mad at you."

"Thanks for letting me know." He said.

3rd Person P.O.V.

Sasuke and (y/n) stopped talking for awhile and watched the bright stars.
Sasuke gave a couple of glances at (y/n) as she was doing the same. She finally realized how close she was sitting next to Sasuke. She started to blush. She looked away quickly and stared at the moon. Sasuke saw her blushing and smirked.

"(Y/n)?" He said.

"Yeah?" She responded.

He started moving closer to the girl.

Your P.O.V.

Was I growing feelings for Sasuke? I mean I never had romantic feelings for him. He was just my classmate my teammate nothing more. I never thought about love. I mean I'm too young and I only ever thought of becoming a great ninja. So what is this feeling? I mean we are just friends. Suddenly my thoughts were inturuppted.

"(Y/n)?" He asked.

"Yeah?" You responded.

He started moving closer to you. His face inches away from you. " S-Sasuke w-what are y-you doing?" You questioned. "Stay still." He said. You suddenly feel a pair of warm lips hit against yours. Sasuke kissed you!

After about five quick seconds of kissing Sasuke finally separated his lips from yours. "S-Sorry. I just felt like it." He said. "It's alright." You were still blushing. "Were still friends right?" He asked. "Of course." You said. You gave him a hug in which he returned by hugging you back. "Best friends?" You whispered in his ear. "Yeah. You know maybe in the future you and I can be more than friends." He whispered back into your ear. You blushed and said "I'll be waiting." You both finally seperated from the hug.

"You know Sasuke? That was my first kiss." You said while smiling at him. "Me too." He said. "Your such a liar Sasuke." "What?" He asked. "You know your first kiss was with Naruto!Dont act like it never happened!" "S-Shut-up!" You slowly got up and started walking back to the village with a huge smile on your face. "See you tomorrow Duckbutt."
He chuckled. "Yeah see you tomorrow."

Sasuke's P.O.V.

I don't know why I kissed (y/n). I don't know if I would date her now but maybe this will become something more than a friendship when we're older. We are too young after all. And I'm pretty sure we both would rather work on becoming great ninjas right now. But maybe just maybe we could become something more in the future. For now we are just friends.
