Isang umadagundong na kalabog ang maririnig sa buong condominium ko ng lumapat ang namumula kong kamao sa kaniang mukha. Mabilis na tumaas baba ang dibdib ko dahil na din sa galit ko
"Putangina ka Flynn! I trusted you! Pinabantayan ko sia sayo dahil sinabi kong babalik lang ako sa Pinas para asikasuhin ang trabaho ko pero anong ginawa mo!" Isang suntok na naman ang pinakawalan ko sa tindi ng galit ko sa kania.
"You were once my best friend but you fucking betrayed me! Sabi ko convince her to fall for me dahil alam kong nilalason na ang pag-iisip nia but what did the hell you did?!" Patuloy ko siang binugbog sabay ng pag-agos ng dugo sa bibig nia.
"What did you do? You love her? Well, fuck you!" Isa pang suntok ang pinakawalan ko at agad na umupo ulit sa may dulo ng kama ko habang patuloy pa rin ang mabilis na pagtaas baba ng dibdib ko.
"S..Sorry Lu..uke.. Sh..She's n..not th..at har..hard t..to lo..ove ka..ya d..di ko napi..gila..an ang sa..ri..rili k..ko." halos di na maintindihan ang sinabi ni Flynn dahil sa malaking pagputok ng labi nito. Napayuko ako at napahilamos sa duguan kong kamay. Darn! Now I feel how painful it is to be betrayed. I trusted Flynn.
Sia pa mismo ang nagsabi at nagtulak sa akin na sundan si Chanty dito at pilit na huwag tuluyang malason ang utak nito mula kina tita't tito at Charm. Chaos knows but then I felt relief when he just almost killed me to death sa lakas ng pagkasuntok nia sa akin that gave me a minor injury in the nerve on the neck. Yeah, insane right? Relief na din iyon dahil okay na naman kami ngayon eh. We're cool but cold kinda.
"Alam nia ba?" tiim bagang kong tanong sa kania. He's now trying to stop the blood bleeding from his nose. Napatungo ito sa akin "Yes, yes she knows." tumikhim ako at napayuko na lamang at hinawakan ng mariin ang unan na nasa tabi ko. I really do wanna kill him. Mas lalo na ngayon na sinabi nia kay Chanty and anytime, Chanty would give up on me.
"Do you wanna kiss her?" matalim ang tingin ko sa kania.
Napatungo ito sa akin at umiling "No." he said defensively.
"Did you ever tried to kiss her?" I asked again. This time I can see the confuseness in his eyes. Naningkit ang mata ko ng napayuko sia "Yes." With that napuno lang ng ingay ng suntok ko ang buong kwarto
I composed myself and seated right next to him. "Mahal pa ba nia ako?" naluluha kong tanong. Honestly, I'm so hopeless. Hopeless dahil nga ngayon na may nagconfess sa kania na mahal sia and hopeless dahil sa mga baka kung ano nalamang ang pinagsasabi sa kania. I know Chanty, masyado siang uto-uto. If that words comes from the people she trusts then snap! She'll believe you. No second thoughts and no doubt.
"Oo," diretso niang sagot. I sighed in relief. "I know because when we had our date, she's not even happy. Especially when she sees the wines name -- Lucho Jays. She drift." nanlaki ang mata ko. No, not because I still feel the affection but on the word .. "Darn! Nagdate kayo?!" hindi ko mapigilang di sia kwelyohan. Napaiwas ito ng tingin at tumango "Darn you!" sigaw ko sa kania.
"But don't worry Lucho, she still love you even if her mind has been poisoned by the fact that you got married." nanlaki ang mata ko. Me? Married? To whom? Sinabi na naman ba 'to nina tito? Darn! No darn way! "Yes, yung close friend nia daw sa Pilipinas.. Chesie I think.." he mumbled.
I rolled my eyes "It's Cheska." I corrected.
He chuckled "Yeah, Cheska. She said you were married to Stacia -- your ex best friend who turned to be your bedwarmer and end up being a slutty dump to you." he shrugged nonchalantly. Urgh! Bakit sa dinami dami kay Anastacia pa? Sa babae pa talagang ayaw na ayaw ni Chanty. Who happened I bedded in frustration after hearing the news about Chanty leaving somewhere away from me.
"God. I think I lost my mind. Hindi na ako makapag-isip ng maayos! How can I win her back again?!" sigaw ko kay Flynn. I covered my palm on my face in deep frustration. "Arghhh!"
"Maybe something has to be sacrificed Luke," I stared at him curiously. He smirked "maybe it's bad to think to destroy something but it'll end up and bare a good fruit or else figure something out. Para mas madali. After that barriers. It will flow like a free ocean." He smiled. "And you'll win her back!" he tapped my shoulder and smile convincingly at sinubukang tumayo at naglakad papasok ng kwarto ko.
"Matutulog na ako, bugbog sarado ako sa'yo eh!" sigaw pa nito. Napailing nalamang ako at bumuntong hininga.
"Maybe.."
