Different Answers

The search

Scott, Stiles, and Allison are walking through the woods after following Lydia's scent. In front of them is the Hale house. "Her scent leads here? Are you sure?" Allison asks Scott and Stiles.

"Yeah. This is where her scent leads." Stiles nods in agreement.

"Has Lydia ever been here?" Stiles asks turning back to them.

"Not with me." Allison shakes her head.

Stiles turns back to the house and lifts his arms in frustration before dropping them to his side.

Allison turns to Scott "Maybe she came here on instinct. Like she was looking for Derek." She whispers to him.

He sighs "you mean looking for an alpha?" He whispers back.

"Wolves need a pack right?"

There was a long pause before he replied: "not all of them."

"But would she have been drawn to an alpha? Is it an instinct to be apart of the pack?"

"Yeah, we are stronger in packs."

"Like strength in numbers?" She curiously asked.

"No like literally stronger, faster, better in every way."

Allison looked away thinking then looked back at Scott "is that the same for an alpha?"

He nodded "Yeah it'll make Derek stronger too."

Stiles moved some leaves and found a wire. He followed it to the Base of a tree. "Wow hey look at this." Stiles called out to Scott and Allison "you see this?" he asks Allison. She walks over and bends down to get a closure look at what he's found. "I think it's a trip wire." Stiles pulls the wire and a click is heard.

The wire wraps around Scott's right leg and lifts him into the air so he's hanging upside down. "Stiles"

"Yeah, buddy?" Allison and stiles turn around to see Scott upside down "oh" they stand up.

"Next time you see a tripwire" Allison covers her mouth to stop herself from laughing. "Don't trip it"

Stiles gives Scott a thumbs up "noted"

Allison and Stiles walk over to Scott to help him down "w-w-wait" He rushes out. Putting his hands in front of himself to stop them coming any closer. Stiles and Allison stand frozen where they stand. "Someone's coming. Hide."

Stiles and Allison look around trying to find someone. Stiles hears footsteps but can't make out how many it was or how far away they were. Stiles grabs Allison's hand and runs behind a tree. Out of sight from the hunters but still close enough to see and hear what was going on.

After Scott's conversation with Mr. Argent about Lydia being a part of the pack and him only allowing one exception. Scott, Stiles, and Allison make their way to the hale house to see if they can find Lydia. (A/n: I didn't want to write the scene coz I feel like all I'm doing is copying the show :/ )

After they searched the house and woods they found nothing that would lead them to Lydia.

Stiles drops Allison off at the hospital so she can get her car.

As he's driving out of the hospital parking lot he looks over at Scott "where do you want to go?"

Scott fidgets in his seat looking anywhere but at him. "I was thinking halo night at your place?"

Stiles smirks, a playful look in his eyes "I don't know. Are you sure you want to play halo? You know I will kick your ass."
