Chapter 32: A Small Fight

~~(Y/N) POV~~

Me and Char head out to the meadow that I fell asleep in. I still have no idea how we're gonna get to SAO from there, but I'll make something work. And if all else fails, I'll use my aura sight to look into the universes. Yeah this will definitely might work!

Once we get to the meadow ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENS. I look around for anything that could help me differentiate one gate from the other. Char just stands there looking confused and is probably wondering what I'm looking for.

"What are we doing?" Char asks.

"I'm looking for anything that could help us tell which universe gate leads to SAO." I explain.

"Can't you use your aura sight?" he presses on.

"I could, but I don't want to waste my energy if we can find out with out it." I respond.

"All the trees look the same, we're not gonna find a difference in any of them." Char tried to reason, "And there aren't any gates here anyways."

"They're here. They're just not in the form of portals." I explain.

"So how are you suppose to get to where you want to go?" He asks... again.

"If you walk far enough into the forest, you'll get there." I reassure him.

Looking around once more, I sigh in defeat. Turns out I will have to use aura. I close my eyes and concentrate. Like before, blue and purple highlights surround everything. Except the other dimension gates. Those are in different colors.

The Fairy Tail gate has a red-orange hue coming off of it. Similarly, Food Wars has a red-pink hue coming off of it. One Piece has blue and light blue hue. Since I've been to SAO before, I look for a blue-green hue. After opening my eyes, I know where to go. I face the direction of the gate and start walking. As if on instinct, Char follows too.

After walking for, like, 3 miles, we walk into the city of Gronzom. We wander around until two familiar voices catch my ears. Kirito and Asuna. With no words exchanged, Char and I run over to our friends.

"KIRITO!! ASUNA!!" I yell while charging into a plaza with a teleport in the middle.

"(Y/N)! STOP!" Kirito yells. Only now do I realize that Kirito is about to duel with Asuna's bodyguard. Ya know, the creepster with unnecessary armor and the greasy arce gray hair. Yeah, that dude. The dude that is so unnecessary that you don't even try to remember his name. All you know is that he's in the "Left Arm Coffin Gang, Smiley Face" or something like that.

I almost stop in my track, if gravity weren't such a pain. I come to a halt and fall over because I stopped so suddenly. After siting there in pain for half a second, I stand up and run over to Kirito. Me being the brilliantly stupid person that I am, decide to bear hug the black swordsman. The shear force of looking at me knocked him over.

We both sat there... on the ground... in front of every one. Well, I was doing that. Kirito was levitating a inch off the ground because he doesn't want to get dirty. And It's around now that you, the reader, wonder why you are reading this book. But he doesn't actually levitate, he's just thrashing around on the ground under me. I don't know why he's doing it. I mean, there's no esca- Asuna's dragging me off him. =.= I was having fun.

Once Kirito stands up, he sends me a glare and the creepmister is doing the same. I kinda stand there, only focusing on the creepmister. His glare as 1 1/2 times scarier than Erza fangirling over cake. Short story long, it's not scary at all.
