Flying

"Yeah! We will wait for you two to come back so we can go and look around Adventure Bay." He shouts again but he is already standing so I can see him clearly.

I nod and smile at him. Chase opens the door and I go out first. "You'll come with us, don't you?"

Chase press the call button of the elevator and then turn to me. "Yeah! Sure. That's my duty I think." He answered.

"Do you have idea why Ryder wants to see us?"

"I read his text earlier." He answered with an excitement expression of his face.

"And what it is?" I frown at him. The elevator signals for the coming car and then the door slide open.

Chase enters first and me following him. "You'll see." The smile on his face reached to his eyes.

He is enjoying torturing me this way. I am a cat here now, full of curiosity. "Well then Captain, will you tell me or I'll torture you to do so."

"Well little-miss-torturer Skye. You can wait for a while." He is laughing.

I cross my hand and glare at him as we reach our destination.

The room that the elevator reveals in front of me is not what I expected. Actually it is not a room; it is the roof top, the helipad. And in the middle of it is a Euro copter EC 145 with its light red and white color, Red Cross on the tail and front side and the NIPD logo in the middle.

This is the most beautiful thing I lend my eyes since I came here, the last time I saw one is four to three years ago when we trained to use and fly an aircraft. And this is my dream to fly high, fly to the sky. This is a jaw dropping moment. I step outside the elevator, eyes widen and mouth open and I can't stop the squeal the babble to my mouth.

"Oh! my God! this is unbelie-, No, this is breathtaki-, No." I just laugh to the thought that I can't even explain my excitement. I just cover my mouth with my two hands to stop the squeal.

"Hey!Hey! Relax." Chase is smiling too, infected by the happiness i feel.

My heart are overwhelmed with the view in front of me, I can't take my eyes off of it. I look at Chase beside me and he is just staring at me with his smile.

"You look so happy." He said silently.

I gave him a big nod. "I hope I can ride to it." I told him with a hopeful voice. "Or even fly it."

"You can." a deep voice answered.

I turn my head from the voice where it came from to see Ryder beaming at us.

"This is a Eurocapter -"

"EC 145 or what we call the Airbus Helicopter H145." I look at Ryder and continue his sentence with confidence.

"You're right." He said smiling and stand beside me to admire the helicopter in front of us. "Somebody told me, you're the best pilot in your batch." Ryder looks at Chase and smile then wink at me.

I look at Chase, he is grinning from ear to ear.

I just shake my head at him but still smiling.

"Come on Skye. I want you to try this."

My eyes widen but Ryder put his arm on my elbow and pulls me with him. My head turn to Chase, he is just standing there, not following. Nuh! Uh!.

"Come on buddy, you can't miss it." I shout at him.

He cross his hand in front of him and shake his head.

"Come on team leader, you're on it." Ryder called Chase.

Chase has no choice now, he step forward and run towards us and we jump on the one thing I adore.
