➵ CHAPTER 30 | FIRST PERFORMANCE 🔜

"Of course, of course." Suga chuckled.

"BTS to the stage for rehearsals. I repeat, BTS to the stage for rehearsals." The speakers announced.

"I'll see you then." Suga said, ruffling my hair. I waved goodbye to him before running off to find Hiyori. I found her facing her clip board so she didn't see me jump up behind her. "Boo!" I exclaimed. Hiyori let out a shirt scream whilst dropping her clip board.

"Oh my lord, Y/N. You scared me" Hiyori sighed, placing a hand on her chest.

"Sorry." I giggled, scratching my head sheepishly.

"Anyway, while you're here, I need to ask you about something." Hiyori said.

"Go ahead." I replied.

"Since Hana couldn't be here due to reasons, we needed someone to fill in for her. I wanted to see if you could fill in." Hiyori explained.

"Um, sure. Can I sing anything?" I inquired.

"Anything."

"Okay. I've got something in mind." I smiled.

"Great. You'll be on after Jimin." Hiyori said. "Here's a schedule." She said, passing me a time table.

"Wow. I'm third in line." I breathed out.

"Y/N to the stage for rehearsals. I repeat, Y/N to the stage for rehearsals." The speakers echoed. I took a deep breath. Time to practice.

"How are you so calm, Suga?" I said.

"Because I'm swag." He replied coolly.

"You have ten minutes till you perform." I reminded Suga.

"Wait what?" He exclaimed.

"Ten minutes." I repeated.

"I thought there was an hour left." He sighed.

"I would be worried either way." I said.

"Why? You're going to do fabulous." Suga smiled warmly.

"I don't know about that." I mumbled.

"What's wrong?" Suga questioned, walking over to me.

"I'm scared I'll mess everything up and the crowd will boo me off." I admitted. Suga lifted my chin up so I was facing him.

"Look. You are one of the most talented people I know. Nobody, and I mean nobody, will boo you off otherwise they'll have to deal with me. Nobody messes with Mrs Cheesy." Suga stated. He planted a kiss on my forehead and enveloped me in a hug.

"Thank you Suga. For everything." I whispered, resting my head on his chest.

"Suga! It's time to perform." Rap Monster announced. Suga pulled away from the hug and pinched my cheek. "Watch me on stage." He grinned. I grinned back and followed him up to where I was allowed to go. I peeked through the curtains to see him standing on stage in his starting position.

The familiar music to No More Dream started to play and I looked on excitedly. BTS were dazzling. Nobody could avert their eyes from them. Rap Monster, Jin, J-Hope, Jimin, Taehyung, Jungkook and Suga. All of them were flawless in their performance.

As they finshed the performance, I clapped and cheered hard for them. BTS came off stage breathless. "That was brilliant." I breathed out. I was met with 'Thank yous' from the boys.

"Jimin, you need to go on stage." A helping hand said.

"Wish me luck guys." He said with a bright smile.

"Good luck!" We cheered.

I was excited to see what Jimin would sing.
