"What happened to my mom and dad after that?" I saw Cho's face drop low, my body stood right in front of hers.

"After that, your mom she refused to believe that her child was snatched away from her. It drove her insane and she started developing schizophrenia, the symptoms got worse every passing day which then shortly lead to her committing suicide." The news rang in my ears like death, so I can never meet the woman who gave me life until it's my time to go up there.

"My dad?"

"No one knows anything about your dad but it was rumoured for a long time that after your mums death, he travelled to many places trying to find peace." Her lips parted, sucking in a load of air "He'd still be alive by now, but no one knows where or who he is."

"How can I believe you Cho?"

"You can't-" Right as those words leaped out of her mouth, I was sure my own body felt the pure bells of truth ring from Cho.

"Cho, you're aware I don't have feelings right?"

"Yes of course, I've never shown Felix those reports."

"Why is it I can't feel like other normal people?"

"49..." Cho felt the urge to stop, but she was also well aware it was time for me to know now.

"Spit it."

"You only have three percent of your biological data, you're closer to a machine than a human that's why you lack some primary emotions."

I was speechless. Helen noticed my pale face, to suddenly know that I wasn't even as close to a human being than I thought I was, that thought just made me fear myself for a split second.

Helen continued "Felix knows you only have three percent of your biological data but he thinks emotions are packed into that, in your case it's not." She said "Technically it should be but..."

"But?" I impatiently asked.

"Felix begged me for you to be a type of person who'd show no mercy in killing someone, he begged me to higher your metabolism levels, he begged me to make you a human weapon. I've inserted more than fifty serums in you." Her eyes started to get cloudy. "The human body is not some toy, but it's very adaptable. Because of how much artificial liquids flowed through you, your body adapted to that. That is what made your DNA drop."

"I'm not even human then." My words were shaky. "Why was ARAE ever made?" I sighed.

"ARAE was made with good intentions by Felix's dad, Erik Afflon. His dreams were to build a care home with advanced technology for people who couldn't afford it. That's why he took you away from that place, he knew those guys well and they spilled your story to Erik. When he finally laid eyes on you he couldn't help the thought of saving that poor child."

"And then what happened?"

"The outer construction for this building was built along with its original name 'AGAPE' but right as you turned six, Erik died one day in a car crash leaving all his inheritance, including this building to Felix, just when he was at the age of sixteen."

Woah, I never knew anything about that.

"Once Felix was given custody, Erik's innocent dreams vanished into a downward spiral. Felix had more menacing thoughts than his father, he adored power and wanted as much as he could get." She continued the spine chilling story "He wanted a fresh start, one that was destructive and dominating. From his reign onwards AGAPE, the motive for something sweet and innocent has now become the living hell we all know as ARAE." She finished.

Erik Afflon sounded like living cotton candy, oh how I wish that car crash never took place. I flinched while processing what the organisations name turned into.

"You ever wonder what the names stand for?" I casually asked Cho.

"Enlighten me."

"Agape means love, the selfless kind of love, the love for humanity. It is the closest to unconditional, pure love. The love you give without expecting anything in return. It is the compassionate love that makes us sympathize with, help and connect to people we don't know. " I very professionally informed her, sounding like a computer myself.

"Wow... that-that is news I never knew that."

"As for Arae in Greek Mythology they were female spirits of curses, specifically of the curses placed by the dead upon those guilty of their death; they were associated with the underworld."

"That is n-news. Who ever thought the difference between a father and son would be so terrifying. They're polar opposites."

I collected back my memories, trying to remember if I needed to ask her anything else. Nope, blank.

I had my ear piece on today, shuttering at the ringing I answered quickly after placing a finger to press the piece lightly.

It was Gunter. "I finally did it, the loops playing. Now it just looks like you're talking to Cho without your sword."

"Can you hold the loop?"

"Yes."

"Great." I snickered in front of Helen, her face puzzled to why I found such amusement. "Bye Cho."

With that I impaled my katana into her skin, I felt it glide through her tissues and nerves, almost like slicing a soft piece of cake. As my sword was halfway in, my ears sparked to the small crackle and 'click' from her spinal cord.

Cho's blood squirted everywhere around me, the walls were drenched in new red paint while her lifeless body dropped to the floor, I admired the plastered expression of pure and utter shock on her face.

Some patches of blood landed close to my bruised lips, the crimson river flowed across my scarlet high-top sneakers, perfectly camouflaging into them.

I never heard the sound of distress leave her throat, I'm sure it was the last thing she'd ever expected.

Her mouth was wide open, but the immense state of shock her body went through eliminated any sound that could've been produced in her voice box.

I smiled at the artwork lying wasteful on the floor, my warm tongue brushed past my lower lip swallowing down the sour red liquid.

A little blood should never be the reason for a lady's makeup to be ruined. Am I right?
