"Nahin Nahin Nahin...No No No..."

Khushi told Buaji [Aunt]  last night in the same tone when she was refusing to work in Baba's office. She insisted on practising her interests, and nothing could be better than replenishing the glorious beauty of Sheesh Mahal of Lukhnow.

She wiggled her nose to "Mojo" and turned on her heels to enter the bathroom. Ten minutes later, she was out of the house for her morning jog along the bank of the Gomti River. It was not far from their home. The river's surrounding was as serene as they could be. This time of the day was always her favorite. Usually, she couldn't go out jogging these days because of the soaring temperature, but last night's rain relieved everyone.

The Sun was not up yet. The rising sun and chirping birds were her attraction. Uncle D' Souza was her new friend, a retired police commissioner who was always there beside her."You'll be fine, my child...keep your chin up...and if AR enterprises tried to give you a hard time...just call me..." and by saying that he crossed her while running...

"Thank you! Uncle D..."...She obliged him with the rising pitch of her voice with her well-frayed nerves.

Khushi stopped by Devi Maiya's temple before reaching home. It took her an hour to be ready, and soon she was at the dining table before everyone else, fidgeting with her hands. Today, Her dream of playing with antiques and Mughal art was right in front of her. Aadi got this opportunity, and she decided to try her luck with him. She submitted her papers, and today she was invited for an interview along with him. Nothing could be better than working with Aadi on the same project at different levels.

Aadi was new in the field of Architecture, yet he made quite a name working under Ewing Cole [Pennsylvania ] and Perkins Eastman [New York] Architectural firms. Khushi was working as an intern at Perkins Eastman firm by herself. She was trained well, but her choice was Interior designing and playing with antiques. She gathered enough knowledge in Archaeology and interior design while studying Architecture at the Yale University of Connecticut. She was the youngest among all getting this unique degree.

Her phone buzzed, and she got the message from Tina with a picture of a paper clip to hold for strength while passing Michael's best wishes. A small smile waved through her lips for a couple of seconds.

Rahim Chacha started bringing food when one by one, everyone grabbed the chairs around her. She was in her thoughts when two pairs of arms encircled her neck," Miss anxiety...you always win everything, yet your nervousness never lets you win before the game begins. You will be fine..."...Khushi just passed a dim smile towards Payal...

Somehow today, Payal's words were not giving her any relief when Aadi entered with his bags and all the paperwork."Did anyone call the doctor yet? It seemed we needed one today desperately." he winked at Payal while looking at Khushi's direction.

Khushi opened her mouth to answer him with raging eyes when Buaji held Aadi's ear, "This is all your fault ..neither you told her nor did she join this work. Her father has such a big business, and she doesn't need to work elsewhere..."

Mr Gupta listened silently while keeping his eyes on the newspaper, "Jiji! Not anymore...Khushi will do whatever she likes, and this is her dream ..."
