This isn't really the usual headcanon you're used to, but have you noticed that it looks like that only executives get those trench coats? Yeah, Aku kinda has one too, but I mean the usual trench coats and I highly doubt Mori would give Aku a coat just yet.

The only executives we know about are Chuuya and Dazai. Both wear/wore one while the rest of the mafia don't wear one. And since Mori said "Do you still have the coat I gave you?" I'd like to headcanon..

Only executives receive a coat from Mori.
