3. SLEEPLESS NIGHT

After the kiss, I couldn't sleep. When I was back to my room, all my friends were out. So I left alone and mind was full of scary thoughts. I took a long shower and wore something comfortable. I went to the balcony in my room and sat on the chair. I was watching the stars and thinking about what happened in the beach, I was kind of in a mixed feeling of happiness and frustration. I don't know what to do if I see him again in next two days. I was talking to myself like a mental. How will he be able to find me in this crowd? Even if we meet, it will be completely coincidence. While thinking about it, I got a call from my friend "Adam". To describe about him, he is my best friend. I share each and every moment with him. He always gives confidence to follow my heart. I was anyways going to call him. I am not able to keep the things inside my heart.

"Hi!" I said sadly

"Hey, Why is your voice so sad? Anything happened?" he asked worriedly

"I already told you that I came out to a two days carnival or party somewhere nearby Goa." I started

"hmmm.."

"I accidently met the guy who slapped me that day in the karoke room. When I saw him, I left the place and went to the beach. I was as usual talking pics of full moon. I can say that He saw me the beach, we started to talk. He apologized. We were just talking___" He stopped me

"Don't tell me that you both kissed under full moon, like we see in movies?" He exclaimed

I was silent for some time but then I told "Yeah, you are right. We kissed under full moon, like we see in movies"

"What?" He was shocked

"I don't know what came over us while talking casually, we kissed. But ..." I stopped

"But What?"

"We really kissed so passionately for more than 20 mins. We just broke our kiss to catch some breathe. I have just lost my conscious when he kissed me. I was like brain dead. I just couldn't find right words to describe how I felt. But when we broke the kiss, I suddenly got frustrated about what I am doing and left the place without even looking back at him." I explained

"Are you Okay?" he asked

"I am not. I stood in the shower for more than an hour. I am angry on myself to let some guy to kiss me. God damn, It was my first kiss. Even though It was perfect kiss as I expected, I am still angry to let someone steal my first kiss. I need Ice cream. I couldn't control my anger." I kept talking

He tried his level best to calm me down. But still I was angry. I have Ice cream when I am upset or angry. It is a way I try to calm myself. After speaking to Adam, I again started to look into the night sky. I felt like shouting to take out my anger. I heard my room bell ring. I thought my friends are back. I opened the door. I saw a room service person

"Mam, we have been given order for Ice cream for you. Can I come in?" He said

"Yeah?" I was shocked. Don't know what to do. But atleast I got what I need.

"Thank you" He said and left the room. But what about the payment and why is there so many flavors? I looked at the tray with confusion. But I took the tray and went to the balcony to have ice cream. I was looking at the stars and having ice cream. Slowly I calm down and started to enjoy the night.

ABI POV

I followed her to the room to know where she stays. I got the next room and I waited for her in the balcony to talk to her. But she didn't come out. It took more than an hour. I finally saw her come out. By looking at her, I can say that she was in shower all this time. Her hair is wet and water is dripping in the edge of the hair. She was wearing a v-neck top and shots. She sat on the chair, sliding to the edge of the chair. Resting her head in the back and hair was hanging loosely. Oh my God, She was looking so beautiful in that way. But I can say that she was looking sad or upset. I moved from my chair to talk to her. Suddenly she got a call from someone. I stopped to wait until she finish talking and also want to hear what she talks. It past 1am in the morning. I was curious who calls her at this time.

"Hi!" she said sadly

"I already told you that I came out to a two days carnival or party somewhere nearby Goa." she started

I was worried about her. Why is she angry on herself?

I was her first kiss. I am so happy that our first kiss was so memorable. I also understand why she is angry about herself. She must have expected her first kiss to be with her love. I am already falling for her. I was smiling at myself. She didn't speak for a while and later she said "okay" and the call disconnected. I understood that it is not a right time to talk to her. But why she needs ice cream? I saw myself calling room service to order ice cream for her. But I don't what is her flavor. So I ordered 5 most recommended flavors. They came in 10mins.

"Sir, We received an order from you. Can I come in? He said

"It is not for me. Can you deliver this ice cream to the girl next room? She needs this urgently. Don't let her ask anything about who ordered. Just give it and come. Can you do it?" I asked him while paying him.

"Yes sir"

"Thank you" I said and he moved.

I closed my slightly and waited for the response.

He rang the bell and she opened in a while

"Mam, we have been given order for Ice cream for you. Can I come in?" He said

"Yeah?" she said

"Thank you" He said and left the room.

After a while, I saw her coming to balcony with the tray. She started to have ice cream. I saw her calm down and relaxed. Her angry face is gone and she was smiling at the sky. I understood that Ice cream is a way to calm her down. I also understood how frustrated she was because she had all the ice cream. I still couldn't find out what is her flavor. Her room bell rang again. I heard her friends came in talking loudly. I relaxed and went to bed.
