Chapter 1

I'm on my way to King Adam and Queen Belle's castle to visit my best friend, Ben. He wants me to help him with his First Proclamation as soon-to-be King.

Wait...were are my manners? You may be asking yourselves who I am, so let me introduce myself.

My name is Evelyn Rose Beauty, I'm the fraternal twin of Audrey Briar Beauty. Of course, we are the daughters of Aurora or Sleeping Beauty and now King Philip.

I love my parents and their story, but Maleficent sure is SCARY...I've heard she has a daughter and some day I want to meet her. I want to actually get to know her before judging her because of our parent's story.

Here in Auradon they teach us that we are and have to always be good, but my opinion is a bit different from the rest. The only thing that makes us 'good' is being kids from Kings and Queens and the only reason that makes the kids in the Isle 'evil' is having the misfortune of having villains as parents.

Everyone has 'good' and 'evil' in them just that some decide to use a side more frequently than the other side. We aren't our parents that's something people like my sister Audrey or Chad Charming( Cinderella and King Charming's son) have to get in their heads because they want to be just like their parents.

To be honest they aren't anything like them. For instance Audrey is bossy, rude and only cares about her appearance and Chad is the same. Didn't mom and Cinderella teach them how to be 'good'? I know they did, but still...

Well...I'm now in the entrance of the The Beast Castle and I walk right up to the gate to get greeted by the guards. "Good morning, I came to see Prince Ben", I say as I smile. "Good morning Princess Evelyn, go right ahead. Prince Benjamin is expecting you ", one guard said and I nod. "Have a good day Princess", all 6 guards say.

"Call me Evelyn, no need to be formal. You guys have a nice day too. Bye", I waved as I made my way in the Castle. King Adam and Queen Belle are like my second parents, so I come to the castle a whole lot. Everyone knows me, but it still feels like the first time with them being all nice.

"Hello Evelyn. Here to see Ben?", I hear someone say and turn around and was Queen Belle. "Yes Queen, Prince Ben asked me to help him out with his First Proclamation", I said respectfully and she shakes her head. "You know there is no need to be formal. I've told you that many times already, so just Belle", she said giggling as I nod and smile.

"Well go and help Ben, and would you care to stay over for dinner Evelyn?", she asked with a cheerful voice. "I have to ask my parents first, but I will love to stay Belle", I said respectfully. "Ok, I can call them and ask for their permission", she said.

"Thanks, that would be perfect. Thank you Belle", I said hugging her. "No problem at all...you know we love having you over", she said as we pulled away from the hug."Well now go and help Ben", she said laughing. "Ok see you later Belle", I said making my way up the stairs and knocking on Ben's door.

"Who is it?", he called from inside his room. "Im here to assist the soon-to-be King", I said giggling and as Ben opened the door both of us started to laughing. We have a great relationship he is like my brother and I love him(as a brother).

I cant believe Audrey is dating someone as annoying as him, but she's a bit crazy. "Come in Evelyn", he said bowing then started laughing. I went inside his room and sat on the edge of the bed where I had a good view of the Isle...
