Falling For You

Y/N POV

I looked out of the window excitedly, occasionally glancing over at her best friend, Dora. I had always dreamed of being able to visit California, but it wasn't until we were descending into LAX yesterday that it finally hit me. I was in Cali! AND I was here with my best friend! AND we were going to the happiest place on Earth! No, I'm not talking about Disney Land! WE WERE GOING TO VIDCON!

"Y/N!" Dora laughed, "Calm down! We're almost there! All of the time we spent in Los Angeles yesterday, and you're more excited about a building full of people."

She was joking around, of course. She was as into YouTube as I was. She was just a lot subtler about her fangirling. I rolled my eyes as I lightly punched her arm. "Oh, come on, Dora! You know you're excited, too! Now, hurry up and find a spot!" I said as she pulled into the parking lot. "I want to look around before the panel starts!"

"Fine," she sighed, turning off the car, "but I miss even a minute of Dan and Phil because of you, you will never hear the end of it!"

*time skip*

"DORA! WE'RE GOING TO BE LATE!" I yelled. And she thought I would be the one to make us miss the panel! We had about a half hour until the panel started, and although we had plenty of time to get down there, Dora was getting distracted by every little thing she saw. "I'm going to leave without you!"

"I'll catch up in a minute." She laughed as she waved me away. I sighed. Sometimes, she could be a real pain in the ass, but she was my pain in the ass, and I loved her for it.

I took this as a chance to check my phone while I strolled towards the stairs, casually glancing up every once in a while. If Dora had actually been paying attention to me and sticking with me, she would have slapped it out of my hand. First, because we were on vacation and "should be enjoying the convention," but more importantly because I was literally the most accident prone person you will ever meet, and not paying attention to my surroundings didn't help that at all. If it weren't for her (which she was always ready to remind me of), I wouldn't notice anything, even if it was right in front of me.

And she was right. Without her, I oblivious to the fact that I was about to run into two very tall, blaringly obvious men coming up the stairs. There was a small thud as I collided with one of them, both of us falling onto the steps bellow us. As luck would have it, my suffering wasn't over, and my head bounced off the stair behind me, a massive migraine already in the works. Instinctively, my hand clutched at the back of my head as I scrunched my eyes in pain.

"Oh my God! Are you two okay?" One of the boys, assumably the one I hadn't run into, asked. His voice sounded familiar, an obvious English accent present, but I couldn't place it.

"Does it look like I'm okay?" The other replied sarcastically, a similar accent that also sounded familiar coming through. Still, I could not place names to the voices. The two bickered back and forth, momentarily forgetting I was there.

"Y/N! Are you okay?" I winced as Dora yelled. "I heard a thud and saw you falling down the stairs. Were you on phone again? Because I swe- "She stopped mid-rant, which was unusual for her. Once she got started lecturing me, there was usually nothing that could stop her. Just as she stopped, so did the two boys. Confused, I finally opened my eyes and saw who I had run into.

Well, shit. I thought, staring up at none other the two men I was headed to see: danisnotonfire and AmazingPhil.

A/N: Hello internet! So, this is my very first YouTuber x Reader Story, and I'm so excited! I've been wanting to write a YouTube story for a long time now, so I really hope you guys like it! <3
